nice work…
Hi AliA,
Thanks a lot, appreciate it! Cheers!
Sebastian
Might make more sense/lead to more sales if you placed it in the Marketing > Email Templates category
Thanks dantehicks, It was a mistake of me, but it is now fixed!
Regards,
Sebasian
Are all your e-mail templates Mailchimp ready? Just wondering because of your monkey in the screenshot
Hoi Tussendoor,
Yes all our templates are MailChimp ready, we have also tested all our templates in Mailchimp before we have put in on Themeforest.
Best regards,
Sebastian
One of the best E-mail templates here. Congrats
Thank you so much for the kind comment, means a lot to us!
Cheers,
Sebastian
Hi it says its mobile compatible, resizing the browser has no effect and inspecting the page it appears to have fixed width table cells so how its mobile compatible please?
Hi husseinahmed,
Resizing the browser indeed has no effect. We would need Javascript in order to detect screen detection or we need to code in Percentages, but these will fail in most browsers. With Mobile Compatible, we meant it looks just as great on the mobile and no bugs appear.
However, Mobile specific styling is something different. We can target Android, iPhone, Windows Phone, etc with specific styling but not everyone like that and it’s extremely hard to test.
I’m sorry about the confusing.
Here are 3 screenshots I took of the Iphone.

Hi Sebastian,
I can’t see the E-mail template into the Dreamweaver Designer view.
I have this: <?> Invalid markup Marked invalid because it contains duplicate attribute. Remove the duplicate in Code view.
I have removed the tag, but it didn’t help the see the template into Dreamweaver.
I need to see the template into the Designer view.

Hi scope123,
Can you please send me a mail to bas@premiumstuff.net so we can further support. I apologize for any inconvenience. Regards,

Hi Sebastian,
We have been in contact last week by email and you have fixed the problem for “Structure 1” and “Blue template”. I have downloaded once again the Surprise Templates and it appears that we have the same problems on all Surprise Email templates.
Please could you amend all the Email templates in order to view it properly into Dreamweaver ?
Scope
Hi Scope,
We had sent you the latest package of the Surprise E-mail Templates with Dreamweaver bug fixes! I’ll also updated Themeforest with the updated file.
Thank you and have a nice day,
Sebastian
Looks amazing. Any way to do custom colors? I use photoshop. thx! -a
Thx tretlo, appreciate it! There’s a .psd file in the package. However, to customise the template, you’ll need to have a little bit of understanding how HTML works. Let me know!

Sebas
Template is working great. One problem: I can’t get the slider to work on ipad/iphone/apple mail when using mailchimp to send. The slider works fine when previewing it the browser.
Here is my customized template. I haven’t changed any of the code surrounding the headersprite. http://www.ps122.org/newsletter/surprise-template/index1.htmlThanks for your help. -a

Hi tretlo, Thx for find out the little MC bug, it’s fixed now and also updated Themeforest with the latest file Surprise 1.2. We apologize for “Monkeymail”. The slider i coded is one of the latest techniques so it’s possible that there are some codes in “Monkeymail” that not like the new slider when you send your email, but when you send it on the normal way it will works fine!
Please let us know and thank you for the comments!

Hello Sebastian,
I’m using iContact. Do you think your surprise templates will work with this platform?
Best regards, Humberto
Hello Humbero,
I’ve just created an iContact account and although it works as expected, iContact uses dotted borders as a preview of what’s editable, so it might look a little strange in editing mode. Don’t worry though, this is not the result your customers will experience.

Hi,
Im trying to make your template work in Mailchimp and am having issues with the images because mailchimp doesnt support background images in its template editor natively… any suggestions?
Hi hudsondonovan,
Thanks for purchasing Surprise. What do you mean exactly with the background images? What i think you first need to do is hard-link all your images on your browser. You must replace all the images with this, for example: http://www.yoursite.com/images/logo.jpg
Can you please send us a screenshot of it so we can move forward. bas@premiumstuff.netThanks and kind regards,
Sebastian
Check out one of these links for a support of Mailchimp:
http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/my-images-wont-upload-cant-preview-images/ http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-do-i-upload-an-image/Nice – like this and wel done. Just wish I read the comments regarding the mobile aspect. I think I was tempted in with the wording mobile compatible and the image of it to size. Hay ho all good though.
