I have installed the Tango theme and would like to know how I can change the BLOG so it displays full posts, instead of just an image & excerpt?

I have registered/created an account… Just waitttttttttttttttiiiiinnnngggg for an email to activate it.

So far we have a number of issues and support is non existent. The link to the support URL is worthless, it does not work. Have tried to register the product 30 times and it does not work. Have tried emailing them directly and no response. Pretty pissed at this point. Very frustrating.

The import does not show Recent Projects and the import does not seem to have a Twitter widget or Flickr widget so we are not sure how the demo uses them. All we want to do is replicate the demo for starters and it can’t be done.

Also, the slider does not work. If we choose Slider 1 there are no images. If we choose Slider 2 the images appear but they do not scroll automatically etc.

You did not read my post. I DID go the URL provided and have tried some 30+ times to enter my Item Purchase Code to “register” the product. Each and every time I tried (on multiple browsers) it does not do anything.

I DID send an email directly through your website yesterday.

When I login to http://support.derby-web-design-agency.co.uk/Users-Panel/ this is what I see:

All I did was point out data…facts. The support site DOES NOT WORK. We have tried from multiple computers using different browsers.

I think your post says alot about the way you view customers. I pointed out data and you attack me for not being able to access your site? You that thin skinned that you cannot think maybe the customer is right here and that the support site is broken?? And, instead launch a personal tirade on me, the paying customer?

Seriously. The bottom line is that we have MAJOR issues with the template and cannot get it to work – all we wanted was support for it.

I can send you screenshots of the support site if you want. I have entered the data another 5 times just now and nothing happens. I click the button and it does not register the product.

Thus, I have no way of getting support because I cannot register the product. Tell us what you would suggest.

Hi the support site does work, with over 1600 answered support questions which can be found here:

As for the ticketing system, this was taken down as people was abusing it as they was posting multiple questions on both the forum and ticketing system which was making support time take longer, we took this out and now all our customers are more than happy as support is quick now.

As we mentioned, the api system is not ours it is Envato’s and for some reason it rejected some and accepts others at the moment but Im sure this will be fixed on their end soon.

As mentioned all you needed to do is ask and we would have activated your product manually so you could access the support forum.

You state non customer friendly response, we have only said that we will not be abused and by coming on here saying that support is none existent when you have not even asked for it is a little unfair.

Again I will state we have never received any support questions through emails, there is no contact form on our support site so I do not know how you emailed us from there, if you replied to the activation email you received then that email is not linked to any emails we have as its only intended to be an support login activation email.

We have activated your product so you can now use the support forum.

For the Twitter and Flickr please read the help files or watch the narrated tutorials.

For the sliders please use the support forum and we will be glad to help.

I believe you regarding the support site, we are aware that the api is hit or miss at present with some users, that is why we are manually activating those peoples accounts so that they can still get support.

I do not see any product here and again I cannot activate one?

As far Twitter, all the Help says is to “Drag the Twitter widget into the sidebar”. However, I have no Twitter widget? Sam for Flickr…no plugins/widgets etc.

Please post your question and we can help from there, we always do support from there because we can keep track on how things are going so we do not lose where we are in support.

I posted a comment about the error I’m getting installing the theme. I sent you an email too asking about this issue but didnt get response. I’m very upset with my purchase right now, it’s causing me a lot of troubles. Replying the comments and the emails would be the least.

Hi, this is Jo the creator of the html template. It has just come to my attention that Robert the developer of Flati hasn’t answered any questions for a while now. I am unsure what is happening as he was ill a while ago, I am unable to contact him at the moment and I am now concerned that he has fallen ill again. I will continue to try to do so over the weekend. I am really sorry about this, Jo.
