Can you tell me why ? The CSS class “strong” or “b” are not effective. They not appear in bold text. Can you fix it or tell me what I must change to correct it please.

I love the template but am having issues with the contact form. It seems this is an issue with a number of folks across different templates. I have the updated joomla 1.6.3. ... I have the exact problem as described below (from a forum)...they made a suggestion toward the bottom – please advise. __________ I am having the same issue with the contact form on the website template I just installed. The form comes up looking like this:
COM _CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_NAME Email* COM _CONTACT_CONTACT_MESSAGE_SUBJECT: COM _CONTACT_CONTACT_ENTER_MESSAGE: COM _CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_A_COPY COM _CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_A_COPY Send Email
Now we have two entries for each LABEL DESC
From what I see the description is a tool tip or Alt text tag where the label is the item label name.
But since this change was done after many have created templates we have problems
Best to just replace the text for items not found For others append _LABEL to the end of your entry in your contact form file In your template folder under html / com_contact / contact/ default_form.php
Edit it and change lines such as COM _CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_NAME
To
COM _CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_NAME_LABEL
Your template needs to be updated from who ever you got it from or you need to fix it yourself if it was a free one.
I’ve spent hours on this and can’t figure it out. Please help. The site is offline until fixed but I look forward to showing you how I used it.

Thank you very much for purchasing. We’re sorry about this issue. Yes, the way the labels and inputs are rendered was changed and the template still has the overrides for 1.6.1. An update for 1.6.4 is on the queue but you can send us an email and we’ll send you the zip directly.

The update has been approved. You can redownload the files. If you go to extensions manager and upload the template’s zip only it should be updated.

Hi I have local Joomla in my pc, and i try to register this template there, but it is not appearing in the templates list, i have joomla 1.6. could you suggest what can be the issue ?

Hello Benji,
When you edit the PSD you can press ctrl+shift+s to save the slices. Every image has a slice for it. If you didn’t change the sizes you can just replace the old images with the new ones. Was this your question?
Hi, i’m planning to use the html files for a non php website.is there any issue regarding this that I should consider? Can i remove themeforest logo and name from the designs once I have purchased the licence?

First of all sorry for the delay. The only issue is you will have to change every page per hand. If you’re familiar with HTML it won’t be difficult but it gets boring. You’re free to remove the logos.
Hello, i wanted to report what i think is a bug. Not sure. on menu page, u just leave one of the elements in the menu as active, but when u add pages, obviously doesnt work. i made this to solve it but not sure if its the best way:
instead of:<ul class="menu"> <li class="active"><a href="xxx.php">xxxx</a></li> </ul> just: <ul class="menu"> <li<?php if($page == 'xxx') echo ' class="'.$active.'"'; ?>></ul><a href="entrantes.php">xxxx</a>Hi, we just replied to your email

i love this great template but am having issues with the google web font dancing script. the font is not displayed correctly in Firefox 7.0.1 and Firefox 8 for win + mac.
how can I fix this problem?

Thank you for purchasing. We just checked the template in ff 8.0 and it looks fine. Can you send us a screenshot or a link to your problem? As long as you have the google webfont stylesheet and the font name in the css is spelled correctly there should be no problem.

I noticed that the Google Web Fonts on your site are not loading correctly on Firefox since upgrading to FF 7 .0.1 or FF 8 .0

This is working fine on ie9, Opera, Safari and Chrome, and was working fine on FF before I upgraded to 7.0.1 or 8.0
May this is this a known bug of Google?

As we said last time it’s working fine for us in 8.0 and it’s strange that it works for you in all browsers but this one. Don’t think it’s a problem with Google. Their servers might have had a temporary problem that prevented you from seeing the font, but that’s rather unlikely. The body font isn’t loading either so it’s not a single font problem. Does it work if you remove the frame?

Thanks Fahim. Yes, you can change the logo in the included layout.psd. The font used is called Freebooter Script in case you want to use it, too.

Sorry but I don’t think I understand what you want to do. You can open the actual png, of course, but editing the file is much easier if you use the psd and overwrite logo.png afterwards.
hi, can you send me a zip file of the images folder.
The theme has been cleared from my downloads list and I have accidentaly deleted some images from my folder(I have deleted the hole “demo images” folder and I am using some of those images and I have also deleted the “logos” folder) so I need some files back. I would appreciate it if you sent the zip file to my email; fahim.chowdhury97@gmail.com

We just send the images but you should contact ThemeForest support. We have not removed the template and there should be no other reason for it disappearing from the downloads list.

hi, sorry to bother you further but its just i’m not really a techie.
Could you send me the whole images folder how it was with the original theme package ( in the actual files (index.php etc…) I kept the file links the same (ie. images/logos and /demo_images…) so could you just send me the whole folder as it was in the theme package) . Also, could you send me all the files to do with the contact form (contact.php, contact sender etc.)

Sorry but now you are asking for the complete template and we have no purchase verification. That’s why we recommended you to contact ThemeForest support to clear the issue. The template should be in your downloads page. Hopefully you can understand we can’t just email you the template without verification.
I am only asking for the images folder not the theme folder.
Also, Themeforest said they would resolve the issue within 2 weeks, but I need the images now so….
