Did not find the element.psd file (as stated in the documentation). The psd files for each template do not have slices. Where are the slices? The download needs to be repackaged with the element.psd file and all other psd with slices.

No slices and no elements.psd file.

Here’s a quote from the Author’s documentation:

“If you want to change any text in the element.psd file, such as sale tags, and button price,coupon codes feel free to play around with them they are completely editable!”

We cannot find the element.psd file. No slices were visible with the other psd files. We need psd with the visible slices.

Thanks for emailing back. 4.psd has no marked slices. Without slices, we are forced to slice up the graphic. For example, we need the following: 01_cloudshape.jpg 02_cloudshape.jpg logo.gif logobottom.jpg topborder_01.gif topborder_02.gif

To the credit of the Author, he responded quickly with the original concern about the lack of sliced PSD files. Wow! Great response. Thanks.

Also, here’s a recommendation to all who make email templates: Make both Photoshop and Fireworks versions of your graphic files. ( This is a recommended strategy and ensures that Authors will meet the comfort level of a wider audience. We prefer Fireworks vs Photoshop for web graphics, slicing & dicing and exporting to jpg’s.)

This is great piece of work, your template is sooo easy to use. I am happy that Ive bought it – based on your table I made some more templates for my company and a ‘constructor’ in which you can combine parts of different templates.
