Hi, we love your theme, but a client is complaining that parts of the site, specifically the slider on the homepage, are not working on Internet Explorer 10 which is now shipping with Windows8. There are also alignment issues. Will this be reviewed and remedied soon?

I’ve seen your post on the Help Center, I’ll keep you updated there. I’m going to try and find a Windows 8 setup to test the full version of IE10 ( Since MS kindly restricted it to Win 8, although Win 7 is on the way ).

I’ve had a colleague test in IE10 and it looks great with the demo site. I’ve noticed you’re using a slightly older version of the Theme, it’s worth upgrading, this may resolve their issues.

What do u suggest as the best way to do this? I have done minor customizations to the style.css and blog post formatting. Should i overwrite theme files via FTP , omitting style.css? Making a backup copy first?
As mentioned on the Help Center, the new version uses a Child Theme in which you can place all your modifications in.
Hello, this theme is incredible. I tested the Gallery features, and there is an error on my page. In the Grid Gallery I just get a white page. I can click on the images that are blank. Do you have an idea?

Hello! Is it possible to set a anchor navigation (like a single page site) with the same effect of “Back to the Top button”, but actionable by the menu? Example: my menu has 3 itens – Company, Services and Contact. When I click, the page scrolls automatcally and “animated” to my anchors set at the same page.

We have a problem with your theme on the one.com servers. Pages can not be edited and the banner is not loaded properly. Do you have experiense with this hoster? Config of their machines can be found on http://one-docs.com/php5/Hope you can shine some light on this.

What exactly is the site builder?
I don’t see any reasons why the theme will not work on that server, as long as you’re using the latest version of WordPress, it should work fine.
Thank you for the reply. The site builder is the company that is designing my new website. They are refering to the incompatability of the one.com servers with your theme.
I selected your theme (but was purchased by the developer), it has all the functions I need and would like to have. It looks great! I will maintain the site myself when it is ready, therefore I would like to have support from Northvanatage.

I don’t know why they would have any difficulties, it works 99.9% with all other hosting companies.
You’ll need the developers username to login – it verifies against the purchase code.
Hi, I want to buy the theme again if necessary to get support but the following is strange.
If i use the standaard tersus theme on a clean WP install on the one.com servers the home page is not visable at all. When I switch theme the site is in its wp sample format availible. All settings are done by the book, seems your theme is not compatible with the one.com servers. But why? This hoster works with a lot of complex sites without problems. Can you comment on this? If you would like my site can be used for trouble shouting.

Hi, I performed a test on a Qnap NAS (TS659 pro II) with the latest firmware and out of the box wordpress no additional plugins or modules. Here also your template does not work wel (same behavoir as on the one.com servers). What are we missing in terms of settings or additional modules. Please advise what is needed to get the template working. Thank you on forhand.

Finally on my way, just bought your theme and am settling in. (You talked me out of the DynamiX template a couple days ago and suggested this one).
Great work on this template. I’m looking forward to really doing some cool stuff with it. Could I get a few tips on the following please:
1. spacer height – if I want to create say a 15px or 5px empty line between an image and content, how would I do this? I don’t see any shortcodes in your system. Thx.
2. how can I go about reducing column widths? I want to shorten the width by 25px so they don’t dominate the page so much. Thx.
3. You had noted in a previous email back you could help me set a column below a slider… I’m calling in the favor, lol.
btw – the new site is: em3.biz (off to a messy start) the site I’m migrating from is: e-m-3.com (very happy with but lacked some of your functionality, so I cut bait and went to you.)

I am struggling with the tabs, I have set up three tabs and they are full width while I would like them to just be 50% with left alignment so that I could insert a postgallery_grid content=”image” on the right side (similar to your theme example preview). Mobile cart not working! All seems to be working fine except when trying to purchase something on an iPhone. I click add to card, it shows an item in my cart, but then when I go to View Cart there is nothing in my cart.

You can place it within the Footer Settings -> Lower Footer Fields. The Theme is optimised to the point where the next stage is to use an SEO plugin (they give you far more control). E.g. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-seo/

Its a magazine theme, you can have different block with different category post, and different presentation and style with this block, you can change the size of picture thumbail etc

Yes you can use the Recent Post Shortcode anywhere, this allows you to set Thumbnail size and place within other short codes, like Tabs etc. I hope that helps?
