Tharsis - Responsive Portfolio theme

They’re added via custom fields, the Icon custom field, you can point it to your own images on each page

well, just use the sample data and edit the urls of the images

Just don’t select any blog page in the theme options panel

i don’t selcet any blog page but again and again show my homepage.

Make sure you don’t select the blog page in the theme options panel > Navigation and in General Settings as well

Try adding this to style.css

@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {

      #intro {
            -webkit-background-size: 100% 540px;
      }    
}

This only happens when you use lots of menu items. Due to the way the theme was built, adding a mobile menu would’ve broken the default functionality.

It’s actually happening with the demo you have now. so that’s going to prevent me from buying this theme. I can’t have it not be responsive al the way. Do you have plans to fix this? thanks

You need to go header.php and find:

replace it with:

Hey—i’ve figured out a lot of how the site works…

but i am trying to create a custom header.php file called new_header.php—and in single.php i want it to call get_new_header();

where can i create this function, or find the old one to modify it and make it do what i want it to do…

The picture that shows on all pages… The big one with the headlines on it… i don’t want that to show on my posts i make. Only on the home page.

Added the suggested code and still not working.

The form submits correctly so it should send the e-mail. If it doesn’t work, you should check if the php mail function is correctly configured. You can try it with the contact form 7 plugin
