interested in your theme but there seems to be alot of issues 1. responsiveness that has been promised for months and still not completed but states it is done and havent updated it. 2. Woocommerce does it work. i see alot of issues about not showing properly. 3. are there issues with the widgets since last update of wordpress? would like to have a response as Im a little weary of buying since there hasnt been anymore updates in a year now but see alot of promises. Thanks ahead of time.

I am really frustrated as I purchased this theme and having problems setting up our site with this theme. I have signed up with your support blog and logged in a ticket and still dont have a response. This is really poor service.

We can not be held responsible for your delay, if you purchase our theme 5 days before launching of your site (after all, it is mentioned that response time is 2-6 working days and you have raised your ticket less than 2 days ago).

It is also very rude to say that you “urgently require assistance”, because you are not the only one with urgent ticket opened. Why are you more important than other users with urgent tickets opened?

Hi,

First, thank you for a great theme. However, it seems like when the page is resized to a smaller size (ctrl + -) the whole page messes up (the main page area). Is there a way to fix this? I have also tried this on the demo page you have here, as well as in different browsers (chrome and firefox) with the same result. Please fix ASAP and update us.

we are having an issue with the widgets. Seems there was an update to woocommerce and not compatible now with the theme. will there be any updates to the them for compatibility soon? Is this theme at the end of its life as it is not compatible anymore with woocommerce and over a year since any updates done?? :(

Hey ThemeBlossom,

we’re digging the theme but are slightly confused when we try to embed images in a post or on a page.

Here is what we set up in WYSIWYG: float image to the left or right of text.

Here is what happens after saving and viewing: Images break up the text and allow for linear flow (from top to bottom) of text-image-text.

How to remedy this?

One post, for example has multiple images in news-style layout. Not looking good that one.

Hello,

There is no documentation within the theme that I can find explaining how to implement slider on the homepage. When I go to the widgets area and drag the slider onto the ‘Home’ area, the slider does not show. I have uploaded an image slider and have set up the slider. Please advise. If you have a video presentation, that would certainly be most helpful.

Also, I am trying to get the “Upcoming Events”, “Connect With Us”, etc. to show on the Homepage, but again, when I drag those to the Home widget area, they do not display on the homepage, they only display on a post page. Could you please advise how I might be able to display them on the homepage?

Could you also please provide a link to full documentation of your theme on how to manage the elements, either with a link to the documentation, or a video presentation. That would be most helpful.

It’s been 9 days since submitting a ticket on your support site without any word from you on how to fix the couple of issues I’m experiencing with your theme.

I was of the understanding that you provide support from people like myself who purchased your theme, but it’s been more than a reasonable amount of time since I’ve heard anything from you.

Please get back with me within 24 hours or I will be asking for a full refund from Envato Marketplace, along with a detailed description of the lack of support and the broken products that you’re selling.

In our Guidelines and Policies is clearly stated:

“Patiently wait. We strive to get you answers as quickly as possible. Do not post another ticket in your thread, it will take at least twice as long to get a reply because we answer tickets from oldest to newest.”

and yet you’ve sent new ticket on every three days. Each time, you moved your thread down in line.

Anyway, in our reply, you will find what caused error (it was made on your side).

Please note that this theme was not broken for all other 1200+ buyers, and that we are not obligated to provide support as stated here: http://themeforest.net/help/getting_started (section “Item Support and FAQs”), so I am pretty sure that refund request will be rejected. I have the slider working correctly now after your assistance. Thank you for that.

The only other issue I’m having is showing correctly the Latest Video on the homepage. I’ve set the ‘content area 1’ for the Video Area, but it is not displaying correctly there.

Any advise for this is much appreciated. Thank you.

Okay, it’s been a little over a week since I made a reply(and almost a month since you said you were going to get an issue resolved) and I’ve yet to hear back about my issue. My client is really starting to get upset since it’s been over a month with no resolution as far as fixing the shopping cart issue. Can you resolve this by the end of the week please?
