I have requested for a support id but have not gotten one yet. I really need your help, my featured categories disappeared on the homepage and I have no idea how to get it to show again. Since I do not have access to the wiki, I don’t know where else to ask.
Please chekc your inbox. You should have received an automated email with your Support ID and another manually send email with more information.
Should you not be able to find the email with you ID please reply to the second email (the one with the instructions) you were sent.

Oh and another thing is that there is nothing under DESIGN . All I see is “JETPACK” whenever I go to ecommerce>theme options>design

I just purchased your theme, “The Clothes Shop” and tried to upload it to wordpress. It gives me the error “missing the style.css folder” and fails to download.
What am I doing wrong? How can this be fixed?

I just tried it another time and I am getting the same error message. Is there a way to install this unpacked?
HI Sarah, i just bought the theme, and when create menu, cant show on the web. Can you give me xml for sample? So, it’s easier to me to install the themes. Thank you
mcchios, the theme will install the entire demo content exactly as you see it in the demo site. I added this just 3 weeks ago.
If you have purchased and downloaded the theme before that you may want to re-download it from your Theme Forest accounts > Downloads screen.

I am having problems getting my register and log in stuff working.
1) When I go to register as a customer and click create account, I get a bunch of warning errors. This warning is covered in your docs, and I followed the steps layed out but am not understanding really what to do. I made it up to step 7, once there I don’t understand what I’m supposed to be translating, and everything appears in my language so I REALLY don’t know what to do. Also am I supposed to be under the ‘default’ drop tab or ‘wpshop’ when I generate ‘mo-file’?
2) I created the pages using the corresponding template layouts, preview for ‘membership area’ sends the following error: Not Found
” The requested URL /wp/login was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. “
ALSO I tried sending this through your ‘bug report’ with webpage and passwords etc. but the form kept telling me my URL ’s were wrong when they weren’t.

anyway, I can’t find the answer to my question. I ever asked you before buying the theme and you told me it’s possible.
my problem is :
I’ve got 3 Main categories on the front page. the left and the right one goes to shops. so there is no matter. but the center one should go to a place where I can find differents pages like the shop’s story, the map to come , photos, diferent pages …..
I don’t know how to have an enter to these pages, under the center slide.
sorry I’m french , I’m not sure I can be understandable ^^

I just uploaded the “Jewelry Shop” theme version 2.0 today. Depending on the feedback we receive and the amount of support the new version will generate we will proceed to update the “Furniture Store” and “Clothes Shop” next.
The updating process should be a lot faster this time! Fingers crossed

Hello Sarah, Before buying this beautiful theme, I need to know;
1. In demo, there is no “Blog Section” so is it possible to provide a link for sneak peak on blog section how it looks like?
2. The theme doesn’t have any built-in short-code support, so any future plans for short-code support or any 3rd party plugin can be used or only specific plugin?
3. As it’s e-commerce theme, don’t you think there should be a featured product slider on home page, as I see there are widgets on home page so can they be replaced with featured product widget (I read the theme features), also that featured product widget is static or dynamic (e.g sliding and showing different products from different categories) ?

thank you for your interest in our work.
1. Yes, the Blog is not active in the demo. It looks like what you see in the Furniture Store demo: http://thefurniturestore.sarah-neuber.de/category/blog
2. This is true. There are a few good plugins that you can use for this purpose so I decided to focus on the eCommerce functionality instead and leave it upto the user to decide which plugin to install for “content formatting” type of shortcodes.
3. The large section (showing the 3 categories) is the featured section. Granded this is not your typical slider but not all eCommerce themes need to be the same now do they?
If you want a slider then both the Jewelry Shop and the Furniture Store offer that.
In fact, the featured section in the Jewelry Shop is widget ready so if you don’t like the slider i have integrated you can always activate a different slider using a plugin of your preference 
P.S All 3 themes offer a “latest products” widget which can be activated below the featured section in one of the widget ready areas that exists there.

Hi there..
I currently am using Drupal to power my art shop. I am looking for something simpler (believe me, anything is simpler than Drupal). I am quiet keen on this theme and just want to know how easy it would be to customise. E.g. I would like to replace the background with my own wallpaper, and logo etc.

This theme is of no use to me until I get my support ID, since none of the questions can be answered without one. Since I asked for it about four hours ago, it hasn’t shown up. This is very frustrating, and I am stalled until I can have my questions answered.

Regarding Is it possible to set minimum order quantity for each item individually? Depending on how you expect this to work, it may be possible.
However before you commit to a purchase I would encourage you to use the contact form at the bottom of the “Pre-Sales” page to talk about this a little further. I would be interested to know the type of product you sell and why the minimum order qty is needed. If you help me understand that, I will be able to offer a solution to cover that need.
