kaze456, I have updated the theme (version number has not changed) to take care of that issue.

Make sure you re-download a copy from your Theme Forest account and update the child themes js folder and functions.php

Hello jacksoncn, you do not need one. The theme will install the demo content for you after you have gone through the installation wizard.

One more thing. Our records show that you have not yet requested your Support ID. Please see how to request one under “How to Contact Us” on our Support Terms & Conditions information page.

You can then use the Support ID to get support on the theme.

I downloaded a fresh copy of the theme and step 5 of the installation wizard is, “Import the XML sample data file

Go to ‘Tools > Import > WordPress’ and upload the ‘TheClothesShop_sampleData.xml’.

Important! Check ‘Download and import file attachments’ and click on ‘Submit’.

...then return here by clicking on ‘Appearance > TheClothesShopoptions’

Tip: Open the ‘Import’ link in a new tab. This way in case you forgot the instructions on this page you can easily view them again! When you do come back, make sure you refresh this page.”

The new installation wizard has only 3 steps so I am not sure what is going on there.

I would suggest that you request your Support ID – see how to request one under “How to Contact Us” on our Support Terms & Conditions information page.

Once you have your Support ID, use it to open a support ticket so I can see what is going on. You will need to submit the form you see once you log in via the “Report a Bug” field here: http://www.sarah-neuber.de/theme-support

I like the clothes shop theme. I read all your pre-sales questions and features the theme offers. Before buying the theme I would like know the answers for the following questions, please respond as soon as you can. Does this theme work with “CentOS” web server, it’s a flavor of Linux? Does it support “By one at regular price and get another 50% off” coupons? Does it support search by price range? Can we have multiple images of a single product as thumbnails and later allow customers to a enlarge view? Though the license is for single site, can it be used to test locally (for example XAMPP ) and then deploy it to live site? Thank You!

I’m new to wordpress and I ended up purchasing The Clothes Shop theme a few weeks ago to biuld a site for my jewelry/art business. I was a little intimidated at first by the complexity of it because there are so many ways to customize it to your own needs. However, the theme’s function, documentation and support are EXCELLENT . I have been learning so much along the way thanks to the step by step guide/tutorial that comes with the theme and the extensive wiki support library provided. On the few occasions that I’ve had specific issues not covered in the support documentation I sent Sarah an email through her site and she respnded within 24 hours with helpful advice. She even logged in to my dashboard and diagnosed a problem that was host server related. I would strongly reccommend any of the themes she offers. After weeks of searching and test driving literally hundreds of themes to find what I was looking for I’m so happy I ended up here.

Hi, I’m about to update my theme “TheClothesShop” to the latest version and I wanted to make sure that you are not going to launch any newest update anytime soon (since it will take me quite some time due to customizations).

And a second question: what’s the folder “_db” in the root of the domain for (where wp-content, wp-admin… are)? My webmaster asks if it’s needed there.

Hello, I am having an issue when I add an item to my shopping cart. When I add a single item to my cart and then I add a different item to my shopping cart, the cart then has two of the first item that I added. The second item I added never was added to the cart. Please help. Thanks.

Hi there, purchased this theme for www.sassyoutfit.com. Beautiful theme, thanks… however have an issue:

From the backend, the “Design” tab is empty. Im unable to change anything with design, for example: Theme Options > Design > General – Your Front Page Featured Section

“Shop” tab works “Google/SEO” works “Support” works

Directly below the Design tab, is the option to run Jetpack. Is this somehow related? Im not sure how it would be but is it maybe?

The link will open a PDF document with all the information you need to know about the theme’s custom shopping cart script. There’s a section on Shipping that links to the correspoding section in our online documentation that you will find helpful.
