Hi, I just purschased your theme the other day… And there are no documentation on how the site functions in the theme. I did however find documentation on your site. But why is that to get real documentation like the size of an image or the actual Aside setup I have to send you an email, wait 24 to 48 hrs for an id? Really, I have used a few themes and this is slowing me down.

I purchased a week ago and I’m so stuck. When I update a product and go back to view it diverts to “gift card page”...I have no idea how to fix this. I’ve been trying to figure out for the past few hours. I’ve even uninstalled and redid everything but still same issue…help someone!
LatayW, I have since fixed the problem you have as well as some other issues that were reported in by other theme users so I would suggest that you re-download a copy of the theme from your Theme Forest account > downloads screen and re-upload the parent theme > engine folder in full as well as the parent theme > header.php and parent theme > headerSearchform.php files.
Hi I asked for a support ID a while ago and I havent received it, I just asked for another one. I am having a huge problem w my installation. I followed the instructions thoroughly but I am getting these error messages

I made sure t CHMODD the filed/Folders mentioned in the instructions but for w/e reason I still see this. I even called my host/server and they had no idea what to do either

Hi Sarah,
I did have a support ID from a previous question. I used that when i initially emailed you but got told that i had to submit a support ticket which is what i thought i had done. I am very new to wordpress and i’m sorry if i am frustrating you by not using your correct procedures. Please can you contact me as i would like a full refund. This theme is not working for me and i cannot fix my problem by going round in circles trying to raise a Support ticket,ID!? Thanks
