I really love this theme but now…
Posts are not working
Pins are not working
Maps are not working…
Great Theme, is it responsive yet?
Disregard, I just answered my own question.
Just wondering if anyone using this theme can answer a question.
Is it possible for the theme to ‘remember’ the map level when a user zooms in on a location? For example, let’s say you have states as categories. I know you can set the zoom level on a category so thats not a problem. But, lets say a viewer clicks on texas (which is a category) but then zooms in on houston. Then they click a pin to open a page. When they back page I presume it’s going to go back to the category (texas) rather than the zoom level for houston so they have to go through the process of zooming in again to see the pins in houston.
Hope that makes sense!:-)
Unfortunately Google maps doesn’t provide anything in the API to store the zoom level set by the user.
Hi Is there a way to create a “itinerary list” eg if there is a whole heap of destinations a user would like to go to rather than just navigate to the one site it would add a heap of locations to a list that was selected by the user the creates an optimized route?
That isn’t a theme option, but you can submit customization requests here: http://themolitor.com/custom
Thanks again for the updates!
I’m finding the ‘wide page template’ very useful.
It would be great if this was an option for ‘blog posts’ as the view at the moment is very limited.

How do you get the background image only for the blog?
I´m trying to let the map in the frontpage and background image in the blog but cannot set it up.
The blog uses the default background setting.

I’m very interesting by this theme but I’m a newbie in wordpress.
I must to create a account on wordpress.com but to install your theme; do i need obligatory the wordpress premium and so buy a support of 80E by year or the wordpress account basic is ok ?
Thank you very much for your response
WordPress.com doesn’t allow you to upload themes. In order to use WordPress themes available on ThemeForest, you need to install WordPress on your own domain. More info here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
I’m interested by your theme, but I would like to know (before buying it) if we need to complete the Longitude & Latitude field to add a mark on the map or we can have an option to copy directly the “Post Geodata Meta Fields” to complete this field?
My needs is to be able to add a mark to the map adding a new post from the Wordpress Mobil App, detecting from where the post is created.
Thanks a lot.
Currently lat/long or address information is required to be entered by the user. If no lat/long data is provided in the post custom fields, the theme will attempt to automatically generate the lat/long based on the address provided in the custom fields.
Hope that helps.
this theme looks like what I’m searching. However I have te following questions :
I need a loging/regsiter part, is it incorporated?
I also need to be able to attache one or more audiofiles to each post/location. Is that possible?
You can achieve a login feature using a widget plugin.
Regarding audio, you can embed content into the post details section via the WordPress post content box.
Hi me again,
Have looked at other templates the past few days but seem to go back to the navigator each time.
However the concept op places and blogs is not clear to me. Am I right when I say that all posts have tags where as a blog is a post with only the tag Blog …or is there a substantial difference between places and blogs?
Can blogs also contain long/lat coord. and be pinable to google maps?
About the menu, the demo has a list of continents whereunder the places recide. Is it possible to let the user drill down from continent to country to region to city to… ? If yes how deep?
How about the mobile view? on my 9,7” and my 4” android devices and also my BlackBerry (inches?) it….wel it just isn’t wourth looking at.
1. Location/map posts and blog posts are both created using the WordPress post method and both utilize unlimited tagging. The only difference is that blog items are not intended to be displayed on the main map.
2. The menu items you’re referring to are standard WordPress categories. You can create as many (or little) categories as you like and name them whatever you want.
3. Regarding mobile, you’re welcome to submit a customization request to change the look if you want: http://themolitor.com/custom
Quick question, can you choose what area of the map is centred on when the site is loaded?
With the way the theme is currently setup, the map focuses on the most recently published item when the page loads.
great thanks, can you control how much it’s zoomed in when it’s loaded?
Yes, there are zoom options for both category pages and individual post pages.
Hey, Sorry to keep bugging you. How do I get the welcome panel like in the demo?
You can select a page to display from the Customize settings page.
If you have additional questions, please post a thread on my support forum: http://themolitor.com/forums
Is there a search option? for location or type of service lets say?
Yes, in the top-right corner, at the end of the main menu, there is a search feature.
As long as you mention the “Type of service” in the post somewhere, the search feature will pick it up.
In the demo when i click a pin which i can see multiples of it zooms in to that listing.
When i zoom back out there are no pins on the map?
How do I add image gallery ?
ok! wp Multiple Featured Images plugins install
Thanks for purchasing!

Hi Chris, Did you read my emails?
I didn’t see any emails so I looked at my comment and see that I provided you a link to my customization request form and not my support forums.
Please post a thread here: http://themolitor.com/forums
Sorry about that!
It’s possible to test the theme?
To see how the theme works, I have a handful of options…

Very nice work on this theme. I have a couple of pre-sale questions.
I looked at the front-end posting form. It appears to allow location text to upload. Does it allow front-end image uploads? Also do the front-end posts only link to the map pins when approved or to the blog pages?
Is there a generic text widget or another way of easily setting up ads on the theme?
Currently the blog category is disabled as an option for the submit a location form as the blog does not link to the map. That can be “turned off” if you want users to submit to the blog as well.
Regarding images on the front-end form, I plan on implementing that feature with an update. Just need to research the best method to do that.
Added image upload option to front-end submission form.
quick question, is it possible in the setup configs to make only one continent available ?(users can browse only through one continent ) ?
You can adjust the zoom level to focus in on your pins more. Example: http://lakewaparks.com
Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
