I’m sorry, but I did not understand your reply. Is the theme translation/localization ready?
Currently that is not a listed feature.
kinda strange question but i need control over the format of the “summary” or “extract” of the post….for poems – apparently (news to me) poems have to be formatted for lines, i.e. you must have link breaks at certain words….
formatting the actual post is no problem; but the summary seems to ignore any
’s or whatever tag is in there and it just puts the text in without any break….
for example – in your demo – you have:
The two chief families in Verona were the rich Capulets and the Montagues. There had been an old quarrel between these families, which was grown to such a height,

where can i control that?

Unfortunately I can’t provide a lot of help here as the issue you’re having is with how WordPress generates the tag information. The best recommendation I can give you is to utilize the WordPress.org support forums and see if someone has a similar issue.

I am trying to change the colour of the home page, which is displaying my latest posts. I have managed to change the background colour of the posts themeselves, but the centre of the page, with the centre of the book effect is still white. Could you help me out here? thank you for reply I get the idea. this is the second of yours WP themes I purchase and I believe they are so creative
I have couple of problems 1- when I add any picture from the media library to the post content it does not appear 2- opening the post for the first time is perfect but navigation between the post pages lead to lose format (in my case the tabs & the mp3 player)

Since this theme is using AJAX to navigate the different pages, any javascripts that run in the page content will need the “live” functionality. If you’re not sure how to do that, I recommend contacting the developer of the plugin you’re using.

That might be true, but because the post pagination uses AJAX , the only way to address this issue without correcting the plugin script is to not use the pagination feature.
Regarding the images, that doesn’t sound like a theme issue but something with WordPress. Without getting too technical, WordPress provides a chunk of code that spits out everything in the content of the page/post. All the theme is doing is using that WordPress function. Anything you add to the content that doesn’t appear on the site means something is going on with WordPress.
Since I’ve never heard of this issue or had other users report something like this happening, I’m honestly not sure what it could be. I would maybe recommend checking the WordPress forums to see if someone else has had a similar issue. If so, there’s likely a solution for you there.

I think there’s a bug with Google Chrome. Capitals are broken. How can I fix it.

I’m using Mac 10.7.2 with Chrome 15.0.874.106
The capitals are ‘cutted’ in the upper side.
Can people post comments? – What about pages?
What about SEO ? is this theme friendly to search engines? it seems that it uses a lot of Javascript and therefore it could be hard for search engines to read the content.

On each “story” post, there is a comment bar where you can view/leave comments.
The “about” page is an example page.
Should be just as SEO friendly as any other theme

I haven’t tried that plugin with this theme, so I can’t offer much insight.
To create an index page, follow the instructions provided in the help file. To create an about page, simply go to the WordPress pages section and add a new page.

Because that is controlled by jQuery, it’s located on line 170 of the “custom.js” file. You can change the “Focus Mode” text there.

one question, currently I am not using this as a blog, so i do not want the home page to show the latest post, but rather be a static CP ‘page’.
On http://www.rebeccazak.com/ you can see how I have this set up, and the home page margins are off.
Can you point me in the right direction to make the homepage, that is not set to be a blog, have proper alignment?

fast second questions, maybe i am missing this, or it just does not exist – is there a way to have all the content be in one longer column, instead of broken into two pages?
I need to create a reference page that follows a certain format as prescribed by the university – and i am not allowed to have 2 columns…
if this is not possible, I will make the formatted references page link to an external PDF download.
