I have a couple of questions
What must i do, to resolve the problem with google maps, with other words what must i write in the geolocation ?

I would rate this theme 5 stars, but I am getting no support at all and it looks like people who purchase this theme aren’t getting any support either. I followed all steps in the documentation, yet the menu card is kind of tricky to set up. I asked twice in the support forum, no reply at all. I asked here in the comments, no reply at all. This results in my website being offline since 2 weeks. Search didn’t help because all I find are answers that state to send the team the log in and they will fix it. This is nice and kind, but not in any way a help for other customers who want to solve a problem fast and on their own.
I purchased this theme, but realized that it’s php based. I need pure HTML version for this. Is it available?

Hi,
No sorry we don’t have a html version of this theme. If you haven’t downloaded the theme yet you can ask for a refund here on Themeforest. If you have then I don’t know if they will give you one since it’s clearly stated that this is a WordPress theme.
If you have some php knowledge then you could try to filter the WordPress code out.

Can the author or anyone who has purchased this theme and solved the following issue help me please?
For some reason, the “theme-specific” theme settings menus are not showing up anywhere. According to the Red Factory documentation on the theme demo site, there should be “The Restaurant Theme Settings” and “Editor” menus under the “Appearance” menu.
I host a multi-site Wordpress server and I am a network and site admin, yet these menus are nowhere to be seen.
This makes the entire theme useless since I can’t change logos, colors, etc.
PLEASE HELP !

1) Open up controlpanel.php in the /backend folder in the theme folder.
2) Skip to line #35 where it says:
add_theme_page('Theme Control Panel', 'Theme settings', 'edit_themes', $this->themename, array(&$this, 'optionsmenu'));And change the “edit_themes” to “edit_posts”. That should solve the problem
Multi site installs don’t have the edit button available, so it’s supposed not to be there

i posted on the forum and was hoping for some help regarding integration of cart 66 and the problems with table properties when the page loads.

I’m normally not one to bash people that contribute to the community, but I would definitely not recommend buying any themes from this author.
Support has been slow or non existent for numerous users ever since I bought the theme in November 2011. And I’m not talking about the ones that don’t RTFM . Actual support questions and bugs that go unanswered for weeks if answered at all.
Redfactory gives the impression of being a 1 man operation that’s in way over its head. Being far more concerned with new sales than supporting existing customers and not taking any visible action to improve this situation.

I agree with tfmwa. Customers helps one to a another to solve the problem. This should be reported to Envato. This is a shame. He took the money and not providing any support. No one has managed to integrate the cart into his template.

Like I just replied to tfmwa, support has indeed been hard on us lately. We’ve got so much feedback and support questions that it’s hard to catch up sometimes. Luckily we’ve found someone to help with the support and will help us answer all questions as soon as possible! Please note that support is not required by Envato, but we still very much like to give it anyway. This community has given us a lot, and I don’t see why we wouldn’t give something back in return

Also a follow-up question: You mention no one has managed to integrate the cart66 plugin, but where did you get this information? The plugin actually can be integrated into this theme. There are a few topics on the support forum about the cart66 plugin, and they all managed to use it but have questions about specific functionalities. If you have trouble using it then please do tell me so I can help you on you way

I have updated the wordpress to version 3.4.1 recently, and don’t see theme settings visible in the wordpress.
They were visible before upgrading …..... Is your theme not compatible with the latest version of wordpress.

Hi After instal this them “Theme Options” panel is different than in documentation??? I add sidebar and widget and i don’t see this on my page? IF THE THEME IS BROKEN I WANTS MONEY BACK !!

Like I’ve mentioned in my previous comment, we’ve set up a dedicated support forum to help our buyers. A lot of questions have allready been answered there.
This theme has over 3000 sales so it is very unlikely that it’s broken or doesn’t work completely. If the theme doesn’t work as advertised then you can ofcourse request your money back from Envato. But please, first visit our support forum, you’re likely to find your answers there

Hello, Just figured I would cover all of my bases and post my question here too. The theme settings does not have Front Page Settings. I have a fresh install of WordPress 3.4.1, I seem to see other people are having my issue.
For now I’ll have to hard code it into the page, but my clients won’t be able to update their site until this is fixed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I suspect this is an issue with the latest version, everything else is great!

The Frontpage section in the admin has been gone since v3.0 because it’s no longer needed
The tab enabled you to fill in the images, titles and text of three text sections on the frontpage, but since it’s all widgetized this is no longer needed. Widgets also give you more flexibility with content on the frontpage 
I noticed this is still in the documentation, so that’s indeed our fault. The whole documentation will be updated in the next release of the theme, since there going to be quite some changes. Menucard builder anyone?
