Love this theme. Very easy to customize. I just have one question. On the frontpage widgets, is there an easy way to link to content from the pictures on the widget ? Not from text underneath but from the picture ?

Oh yes ofcourse! The take-away menu is in fact the same kind of menu with only two categories
You can place those buttons on the whole menucard, with as many categories as you want.

Hi. I am working on this theme for a client. They purchased the theme and had someone else working on it and now they have asked me to help.
My questions are: 1.) Can a new font be used for smaller headers/tabs? (Notre Dame Roman or Linotext)
2.) Can a new font be used for descriptions and paragraphs of text? Goudy or Goudy Old Style)
3.) Can text be added into the top header area next to the logo?
4.) Can a different color for the page backgrounds be applied instead of using the super light grey?
5.) How can I center the menu tabs?

Issue with Menu Card Next/Previous Button First off, I’d have to agree with everyone here about the customer support, there is none! A product is only as good as the support behind it.
I don’t know if everyone else is having this issue but I will post it in order to get an answer because it is impossible to get an answer from this company…
I created a menu with several categories and as soon as I click on the first category and scroll down before clicking on the next arrow/button, then the previous arrow/button will not show on any other page(s) after that. This only happens when I click on the first category and I have no clue why. I would appreciate any input on this from anyone here as it is useless to get any support out of this company, at least for the past week.
This seller does not deserve a 4 star buyer rating, at least not on the support end of it.

If you look back through the comments you’ll see that people are actually very happy with the theme. I’m sad that you’d think we don’t deserve a 4-star rating. A lot of people have bought our theme and liked it. We’ve been giving support for so long now (since juli 2010), and we still do. If I scroll through the support forum I see nothing but happy replies from people that are happy with the support we give them.

I sent an e-mail to info@redfactory.com and also another one through the contact form here and I never got a reply. I am unable to create a ticket at http://www.redfactory.nl/themes/forum/ because I can’t get past the “Verify Purchase”. In that email I sent all my license details as well as the problem I am having verifying purchase as well as with the theme.

Apologies – I am completely new at this but I really like your theme and wanted to use it for a restaurant review website I have been trying to make for a while. I don’t quite understand how “themes” work but basically need to be able to have a good 20-30 photos per restaurant with write up and ability to link it to twitter/facebook. I just wanted to make sure this theme can be customized to do what I want as I don’t want to end up paying for loads of themes realising they don’t work. Thank you.

My Menu items will not show up can you please help me. I entered them in and it worked for a day or so now i am unable to view them. My website is Henrysgg.com in case you need to see what i am talking about. thanks again by the way i did create a page and assigned it as the “menu card”
I figured it out was a few plugins i had. Just FYI my maps was not functioning correctly so I added a Google Map plug in that was the first problem then the Full monthly calender also caused an error. FYI

Couple of questions before purchasing: Does this theme has a responsive layout? Is it posible to set a home page without a slideshow?
Hi,
The theme is currently not responsive, but it will be in the next big update. The slider can be hidden on any page you want, but clicking the arrow will pull it down again. If you don’t want a slideshow you can remove the arrow from the code to permanently hide the slideshow on all pages. I’ll give you instructions on how to do that.

Glad you like it! You can create dropdown menus under ‘Appearance -> Menus’. Simply drag and drop the pages in any order you want.

WordPress allows you to import CSV files, but they need to be in a specific format for WordPress to recognize it properly. The menucart items are just normal posts in specific categories, so if you can get them in the correct format then yes, you can import a menucard with a CSV file
I’d recommend looking at the format of a WordPress export CSV file and see if you can format your menucard in the same way.
