You well? So i’ve updated the theme to the latest version. After placing something in the basket, a lot of the icons have disappeared. Eg. The slider left & right arrows, the ‘X’ remove from cart icon has gone. The 404 icon has been removed from the page.
I’ve reinstalled the theme & still get the same error.
The sprites were overwritten by something you’ve uploaded in the ThemeOptions panel as a image sprite. I’ve removed it and everything got back to normal. Would appreciate if you could submit a support request next time: http://support.getbowtied.com/submit-ticket/

I thought I’d share the below information, since it seems really relevant and helpful regarding the update with woocommerce 2.1.2.
Solving common issues after updating to WooCommerce 2.1
Variable products won’t add to cart
Because some themes still bundle old files for the add to cart template being used for variable products, adding a variable product to cart fails. This should be solved by the theme developers by updating the template file.
A quick solution is to delete this file from your theme directory:
This will make WooCommerce use the new bundled template file and your variable products will add to cart again. Once your theme developer updates your theme, please check if it actually works as that will overwrite this change again.

Is it typical/normal for woocommerce to display a message such as the following?
“Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.”
I have the latest version of the template as well as woocommerce installed. Not sure if I should just choose to “Hide Message”...
Maybe it got there when still using V1.8.5 and it’s still there. If you’re using the latest version, you can simply click “Hide Message”. Everything should work fine.

Probably the recent products shortcode is wrapped around a <full_column>. Just delete that around it and it should be working fine.

Hello, at first : The Retailer is the best Theme I ever used for Woocommerce! Really, I already tryed a lot of them.
But I have some issue:
After I uploaded and installed WP with your Theme I receive a message from Woocommerce to update the Plugin to 2.1.2 and after I did it, your theme give me out, that I need Woocommerce to use the Theme with all functions. Do on this way I dont get the products on the homepage, they are in the system but dont get up on the homepage.
I already tryed to install your theme again with fresh WP installation and get the products on the firstpage but have to use Woocommerce 2.1
Any idea how to fix this?

The theme was recently updated to ensure compatibility with the latest version of WooCommerce. Are you sure you were using the latest version? It should be 1.8.6.

We have a new client that might be interested in buying this theme as well. Just want to make sure if it’s compatible with both 2.0 and 2.1 of Woocommerce?
This client might need to stay with 2.0 since many of the extensions they need are not compatible with 2.1 yet. It seems many third-party Woocommerce extension developers aren’t in too much of a hurry to release updates either…
The latest version requires WooCommerce 2.1 as a minimum requirement. If you need the previous version you can ask for it in a support request after the theme is purchased and simply update when the clients decides to.
Your theme now has 3 menu locations instead of 4 what’s going with that? Any fix? Don’t say submit ticket, I checked your demo and it’s same issue… There used to be 4 menu locations but it’s now 3 since after the update.
The fourth was the navigation under the My Account section and it was discontinued in the latest version due to template changes in the latest version of WooCommerce. This latest update was released specifically to ensure compatibility with the latest of WooCommerce (2.1.2)
I was trying to access your support forum looking for a way to change all elements of shopping bag to cart but It seems the support forum is down? Love this theme. I was wondering if it’s possible to have the full_column[/full_column] code set up for categories? For example one for “News” and another for “Events”?

hi , i really like this theme , i only have 1 question , how can i update to the new gallery , cuz the one i have right now it doesn’t display de image on good resolution and i don’t like that it had like the name of the image and pixels size , instead i like the one u just add on the demo theme it says new gallery on page . thanks …. ps firstname.lastname@example.org

Purchased this theme yesterday. Downloaded files twice and when I extract them I get archive corrupt message. Sent support ticket through themeforest and got no response. Sent support ticket earlier today through getbowtied support page and got no confirmation and no response. Would really like to use this theme but need to start building my website now.

ok but thats not my question . cuz i have the theme updated . my question is how i make it look like the one u have in the demo … cuz there is boat a template and when i add gallery to the page it still look the same as before.

Since I’ve updated to woocommerce 2.1.2 I’m having some troubles with my shop:
- The header of my page is shrinked in the shop

I’m using the latest version (1.8.1) but in the woocommerce dashboard I get the following warning: Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files
and if I look at the system status I find alot of templates who are outdated..
I’ve also removed all of my customized template files from my child theme but still doesn’t solve the problem

I’ve just been updating the theme locally and I’ve come across to small problems.
1. The MY ACCOUNT page has disappeared from the top navigation bar. I’m unsure if this is a setting problem or a menu problem etc.
2. I am trying to style the h1. headers but there is a ”.archive” styling that I can’t seem to overwrite in the custom code area, I am trying to reduce the font size to my previous layout.

Hi I went away and fully re installed wordpress, woocommerce and the theme update, to find it seems to be an issue with chrome… im surprised this is the case on this theme. Now it seems that disabling reviews is broken. When viewing a product the review option appears garbled below the footer…

I installed dummy data, but there is no any image. Only “featured product image” texts. What’s the problem?
When importing the dummy data, you have the option to import the files, make sure that one was checked on import. In case you won’t be able to figure it out, please submit a support request.
I wonder how I can easily translate this theme. I have installed it and it seems like many parts that I would expect to be translated by woocommerce are not translated (like it is still saying “Shop – showing results of 12 products”). I have changed language to Swedish in wordpress and everything else is the right language. Thank you for an otherwise excellent theme!
