I sent you an email. I recently purchased The Talk template and when I upload them to mailchimp and view them from a Chrome browser the images are not aligned correctly. I included a screenshots in my email. Please advise, thanks.

I have an issue with this template and Outlook 2010, it’s ok with Gmail, Thunderbird, iPhone.. but with Outlook 2010 it appears somehow broken, texts below images that float to the right appear to the left, it gives a really bad impression.. can you help? I haved tried both Structure 1 and 3 and both edited and without touching your code and it happens always.

I’m using Mailchimp and the problem still appears in Android..
Since I didn’t receive an answer not through this forum nor through the email, I had to get my hands dirty on the code to modify it myself to display properly in Outlook 2010.
Please be aware that in Outlook 2010 it looks broken. It’s a nice template, but they should fix this problem. Moreover, they should answer back buyer’s questions.
Apologises for the delay of response. We were out of town. It would be absolutely appreciated if you could point us to what you’ve modified in order to fix this bug.

I made all images to float to the right and all texts to the left, however, it still doesn’t work properly on Android devices. I sent you an email with the screenshots, if not I’ll try to hire someone to fix it, it’s really annoying to see that a premium template gets broken the way this one does.. it’s a lovely design in Gmail and Hotmail, but you should really fix this issue..

I have tried with my own lightly modified code and the original code from the template just using paste in method of MailChimp and looking at the mail in Outlook.com (IE and Firefox) the template is just awful, breaks everywhere.
I’ve also noticed your images from the Litmus test for those two are not working either, help?
The template was stable when we pushed the latest update. It covered all of the ancient clients including Outlook 2000.
MailChimp adjust their system everyday and it seems when you try to send a test with MailChimp, they add/delete/adjust some code, which make the template render differently.
We’re looking for a fix.
Am I better to import the code into a template with MailChimp?
Please, try so. Also, if MailChimp present you the template broken, be sure to click on ’ Preview Pop Up’ to see how the template really renders.
MailChimp adds thick borders around images and tables, modifying the templates table calculation.

I guess my concern is when I send test from MailChimp to my Gmail, everything looks fine. The test to my Outlook.com looks horrible, which the same message loads on my iPhone and it looks fine. That is why I’m thinking something is wrong with the way Outlook.com is loading the message.

Looking at buying this template, however after all the comments with issues in various clients not sure if it’s worth it…

All our Templates are tested and debugged with Litmus, also it’s been heavily tested in MailChimp and should work without experiencing any problems.

We or our customers haven’t experienced any issues with Campaign Monitor so far.
