Thank you Valentín ;)

awesome work buddy! Good luck with sales :D

ppandp

Thank you :)

I would buy this theme in a second if you created it as a muti page theme but kept the same effects that are in place as in the one page theme. The reason I say is because one page themes never rank in google because of the SEO restrictions that one page themes impose upon themselves.

Not sure how you would go about taking this theme to a multi-page version while keeping the same liquid effects in place (AJAX and Preloadig maybe), but if you could figure out a way, you would have a homerun of a theme.

Just a suggestion … good luck to you guys!!!

We might add this functionality in the WP version. Hope this helps.

Very nice theme. Good luck :)

Thank you!

Really nice mate ;)

Thanks man :)

Is there functiuonality that, on a picture popup (lightbox), you can have a slideshow, rather than just a larger version of the picture clicked on ?

ppandp

I will see and update something like this tomorrow or on friday.

crossing my fingers for this :-) Other suggestions for development….make it easy to change colour schemes, have a background picture with the ‘squares’ semi-transparent

ppandp

Actually not adding this feature because it wont work as desired, yet, when clicking on view more info button, you have a slideshow to include multiple pictures.

You can change the color scheme or add a background picture quite easily with some CSS changes.

Thank you :))

does this html version come bundled with the WP version (theGrid)?

ppandp

no, why would it? there is no WP version of this template yet

Default-user

this is a direct copy of the WP theme “theGrid”

ppandp

thegrid is also my template

Great work, mate!

PPandP:

I have purchased the theme and am trying to make the contact form a col2-3. When I do it does not render correctly in any browser. Please advise.

Thanks

ppandp

Could you send me an email about this? I will send you the CSS to replace then. Thanks

Hi, Awesome work …love it!

Can you please tell me how to remove the container from the menu so that it does not go into mobile mode?

Many thanks

ppandp

Can you send me an email so I can explain what exactly to remove? It’s too much code to paste it here. Thanks!

Email sent… thanks

Hi. I know you havent tested in IE7, but just to inform you this gets an IE error in jquery.ba-bbq…. “msie” is null or not an object.

Can you provide any pointers in what class(es) to change in the .css file to affect the background colour of the page (and/or to put an image there) and the background colour of the tiles (and to change transparency level of tiles). Thank you

ppandp

I just tested the template in IE7, seems to work fine?!

In styles.css you can change the background color in BODY and the background color/transparency of the tiles in .col1-1, .col1-3, and .col2-3.

Hope this helps.

Hi again. I have a suggestion….if you scroll down from the home page and click a tile (eg services), the tiles filter correctly, but it would be better if after filtering, then browser scrolled to the top of the page…as sometimes, depending on how far down the page you are on the home page, when you filter, it looks like everything has gone blank.

hi, Seo or not Seo… there’s the question!

ppandp

Depending on what you mean by SEO, the template is designed and coded to be as SEO friendly as possible with SEO best practices in mind.

hi, beautiful theme. i’m considering buying it for an academic lab, but need a page with a long list. is this possible in your template? and i understand the black background can be changed to any other color relatively easily?

thanks

ppandp

You can use the blog post tiles, which have variable height for that list. Yes, the background can be changed via CSS.

Hi

Im trying to get a tile to be the whole width of the page. From the docs, i thought i just had to change the col style, but it corrupts. eg if i change

to be…

It doesnt display correctly.

Can you advise what the right combination of classes etc needs to be ? Thanks.

You can repro on the demo site.

If you amend the below (ive removed the less than and greater than below, so the code appears correct)...

div class=”container” div id=”container” class=”clearfix” a href=”#filter=.home” div class=”element clearfix col2-3 home”div class=”element-bg”

to be

div class=”container”> div id=”container” class=”clearfix” a href=”#filter=.home” div class=”element clearfix col1-1 home”div class=”element-

(ie, change col-2-3 to be col-1-1) then view the page

ppandp

Hm, why don’t you use the code from the big blog posts? They are col1-1 tiles. You can remove the top bar easily. I hope this helps.

Default-user

Cant quite get it to work…I used the blog post code, took out the header, however, it now appears no matter what menu item i select.

Hi,

how easy, or difficult, would it be split the Template into separate pages for each menu option? I’m assuming that a lot of the JS is doing the work.

Also, if the Template was split into multiple-pages I assume that then we could use light-boxes? I need to create a page for a gallery.

Great template,

Mark.
