1) Yes, it is possible in HTML version, but this template doesn’t have such functionality. You have to create your own solution.
2) It is possible in WP theme by using WPML plugin.

Your site includes 8 validation errors (http://validator.w3.org). I think that problem is that you’re using HTML tags in script section (lines 42-49). Please try to remove this code for a moment and check again.

The HTML version is not designed for Wordpress. It is a HTML/CSS/JS template which you can managed via the simplest HTML editor.
After purchasing you have to copy all files from downloaded package on HTTP server via FTP. Your server has to support PHP.

Is there a guide on how to use the wordpress theme(the shortcodes, examples, etc) or do I have to go to “theme options” and discover on my own? Do you include xml for a ready designed site similar to the demo available before purchasE?
