Hi,

Yes that’s possible. You have an option in the Options pannel to not show any twitter/facebook registration.

Pre-Sale: Can I get a login for the admin. Can there be more than 1 agent? Can different subject ticket go to different agents?

Hi,

There can be as many admins as you’d like there to be, but you can’t assign different topics to different agents, all topics are in the same “pool”.

Unfortunately I can’t give you admin access to the demo, but if you’re especially interested in something in particular I can make some print screens for you.

I purchased your theme Ticketrama yesterday from Themeforest.com. I downloaded both, the full zip as well as the theme only zip. I have now attempted to install this theme 12 times consisting of both FTP install as well as through WordPress itself.

Here is the problem: Following a few of the install attempts, when I click “visit site”, I am shown a completely solid gray page with no text, no “obvious” editable regions, etc. Just solid gray with a dark thin line horizontally about 1/8 from the top of the screen.

Other install attempts appear incorrect when I visit the “customize” page and there is nothing appearing in the right pane (just blank white) even though the button says “saved”.

If you have an email address, I can send you screenshots of what I am experiencing. Your theme is perfect for my computer consulting company and I would greatly appreciate any assistance to get it up and running.

Hi,

To see all tickets you post, you need to go to the “profile” page. And no, you can’t see posts from other users, but admins can see all the posts (and reply to them).

Hi,

Yes you can mark the ticket as solved and it’s going to display a nice Solved message.

The theme won’t be updated for the image/file upload unless more users will request this feature, so at the moment it’s not on the to-do list unfortunately.

Yeah it’s possible, but that too will require extensive customization. We can offer a paid service for both issues if you wish, but as mentioned, the attachment thing won’t be done any time soon otherwise.

Hi, I buy your theme, installing and add e logotype (.png), it’s not displaying and the home page are not finish, they stop at :

Hi,

Of course you can, but then again you can do that with any Wordpress theme. You can use either password protected content or normal admin/pass accounts for Wordpress.

That plugin is good, but you can also direct your users to the login page of Wordpress directly eg: http://labs.am-themes.com/Ticketrama_WP/wp-admin/ or you can use this: http://codex.wordpress.org/Content_Visibility

which is a native Wordpress feature.

This is so that we keep the installation as free of plugins as possible.

Hi – pre-sales question: is it possible to restrict creation of users accounts? For example, can I require that every new account provide a special 6 digit code before registering? I want to make sure that only select individuals can register for an account?

Alternatively, is it possible to require admin approval for an account before it is created? I also do not want non-registered users to be able to see any tickets or the knowledge base.

Luckily enough the second matter can easily be solved by using this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/new-user-approve/ .

Unfortunately that’s not also the case for the first matter which is not available with the theme and I don’t see any way for you to get this at the moment short to hiring a third party dev to customize that function into your theme. It’s much more complex than it sounds.

Yeah that plugin seems to do the job quite well.

Unfortunately there’s no such function built with the theme, and this time I don’t think a plugin can help.

The update went out a day ago but was approved by Envato a few hours ago so you might have just went before the wave. Anyway here’s what you need to do in order to fix your issue without reinstallign:

go to: THEME_ROOT/includes/functions. php

and on the 57th line of code add: global $_fw;

I tested the demo version and when I entered with my facebook account I could see Wordpress top bar at the top of Ticketrama theme…Will other people be able to see that top bar once I installd the theme on my website or there is a way to disable that? Unfortunately no, but you can always install this theme in a subfolder of that wp site and simply link the “support”button to this new hompege. This way you basically have both worlds in the same site and you can only use the helpdesk function of Ticketrama.

The topic is part of the Knowledge base, while the ticket is not. THe ticket is something that subscribers can privately post and get an answer to without having others see the same content, while the Topic is more like a blog post.
