+1 moreVery Nice!
Thank you Daniel!
Looks Beautiful, good luck with the sales!
Thanks!
I love it, I’m gonna use it as my next blog design. Excellent work… clean and simple!
Hey, so when I tried adding posts and all that stuff with tumblog, whenever I add a picture and check the image checkbox on the post, there is always a gap between the title ‘post’ and the image… How do I get it to look like the previews on the template where the little tab is on top of the image with no space between the two?
Thanks
Hi Adrien
Would it be possible to see an example of the problem?
Alright, I’ve figured how get the images posted properly on each post, but now I would like to know how I can rename the “posts” into the actual post titles that I input. And each page I create, the top bar of the page says “page” ... I want to know if its possible to make the title of each page/post on those tabs.
Hi Adrien,
You can do this but it would require some code customization, if you log in to our forums we’ll be able to help you achieve this.
Thanks
I’m getting this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function woo_tumblog_the_title() in /home/leaklogn/public_html/wp-content/themes/tinyblog/functions/fetch-list.php on line 71
Hi DJ,
You’ll just need to install the WooTumblog plugin, that’ll fix your site. TinyBlog requires the plugin to function.
Thanks
Hi. Presales question: Can you change the colors of the gray boxes in header and footer?
Thank you.
Hi Spinchick
Yep most definitely
nice work.
Like your menu on the top of the page and the combination of two colors in it
Thanks Rebecca
Heya, mate. There’s a slight issue with one of the widgets in the sense that when I enter my feedburner ID, it doesn’t save it under the correct box but rather replaces the reddit URL with the ID. Not sure what’s going on here but any help would be appreciated.
Also, the gap between the ‘post’ tag on the posts and the title of the post is a tad too much for my liking and having gone through the .css file, I couldn’t find the correct tag to modify. Any help on this would also be appreciated.
My URL is www.creativedusk.com
Thanks.
Hi Ray
Would it be possible to post your question in our forums? That way the technical support team can have a proper look.
You will need your Purchase ID to login. You can find that in the confirmation of purchase mail.

Heya Obox. I figured out the .css tags I needed to play around with to fix it up. I have noticed something, weird, though.. When I use the theme, my website slows down tremendously. I can’t seem to put my finger on it, and it might be the plugin that’s required to make the theme work but the website slows down significantly when I use tinyBlog.
Hi Ray
We will investigate this. We will ask some other users if they are experiencing similar issues, thanks for bringing it up.
Hi obox,
this is a really nice template!
There is only one problem I got: When writing a comment, without filling in a twitter name, the word “twitter” in the textfield is also submitted. So behind every comment from people who got no own twitter account is a link to twitter.com/#!/Twitter.
Is there any solution to solve this problem?
Best regards and thanks for this template, Dennis
Hi Dennis,
Thanks for bringing this up, we’ll look into the issue and get a fix out asap with a hotfix update.
articles added to my pictures do not appear.
How do I add images where.
Hi
Would it be possible to post your query in our forums so that we can help out?
Dave
Don’t you answere my comment?^^
Hi Dave,
I love the theme – one note, though: on the standard and ajax comments template, the php date format is incorrect (it’s showing the time as hours:month) so all occurrences of:
should actually be:
Cheers!
Thanks for this Tom. We’ll correct it asap
Hi Dave,
love your theme. Is great! I have a question for you about it: if I want to have the “Category” tab in the right sidebar, what should I do?
What about the translation of the theme?
Waiiting for your answer.
Best Regards
Hey there
Categories can be dragged as a widget into the sidebar. The theme is prepped for translations, all our themes comes packed with the .po files ready.
Hope that helps!
Dave
Question about the theme—how do you handle multiple images in one entry? I’m not sure if I saw an example of it. I’d like to use this as a photo blog, but each entry may need to showcase multiple images (like in a row, not just in a lightbox gallery). Thanks!
Julie
Hi Peekandeat,
With multiple images in one entry they are simply listed in the post just like a normal blog. There is no specific/special functionality built in for multiple images (although now that you mention it I think it may be worth considering this for an update in the future).
Dave
I am trying to get a image on my home page like you have on the preview… This is a page though and not a post, how do I go about getting it in there? This is all I will have on the home page..
I love this theme. It took a little tweaking and stuff but it worked out well.

If anyone has any questions about the template, or how I changed it and you would like any help, just drop me a line on my contact form on my website.
Looks awesome! Nice work
Greetings. I have about 30 WP, template-based theme sites under my belt and, respectfully, I am quite frustrated by the generic documentation. As as introduction to your product range—and because “tumblogs” differ from traditional Wordpress—it deserves more documentation.

1) SLIDER I created a tumblog post, clicking the “Images” taxonomy when I made it. I followed the instructions for adding the image slider with 6 posts. I now see a black bar (the slider with no photos, it seems) on my homepage. What do I need to do to link images to that slider?
2) “POST” I have added multiple tumblog post type… posts. When looking at the page, all say “post” (instead of “image,” “quote,” “link,” etc). I want it to be listed with the appropriate taxonomy. What do I do?
3) NAVIGATION In your live example, you offer links to sort posts by taxonomy (only photos, only links, etc). How can I also do this too?
4) NAVIGATION (pt 2) Similar to the question above, how can I include links to sort posts by categories (for the categories that I want to add, but are not included in the tumblog taxonomy).
4) Photo Post I made the settings to be 500px wide, as the instructions indicated. When I view the post, it overlaps the title of the specific post. How can I fix this?
5) LINKS I created a tumblog post type… post where I am sharing a link. When I look at my post… the link is not there. Where did it go?
6) DATES /TIMES Can I add this to my posts? Seems odd that this info is left out of a blog…
7) HOME PAGE Where is this page? I made it by creating a custom “home” link to the website’s index page (absolute link)... and it just shows up. It seems odd to do it this way. What should I be doing?
The favor of your reply is appreciated.
Hi Eric
Apologies for the frustration you are experiencing. We are aware that our documentation is not the best facet of our themes and we are working on improving them significantly.
I will get Marc to reply to your questions you have listed, if you would like to contact me with regards to anything else please do so via my email, david@obox.co.za
Dave
Hi Eric,
Sorry you are having issues with TinyBlog. We’re aware that the documentation requires more attention. In the mean time here are the answers to your questions:
1) When adding your image posts, have you selected an image under Tumblog Custom Settings? I’ve just run a test on our demo with the same method as you listed, then chose an image for the post and had no issues.
2) You just need to check on the post type from the “Format” column on the right-hand-side of the page
3) What we did was create a custom menu item for each post type, for example http://sitename.com/type/aside/, http://sitename.com/type/audio/ etc.
4) Just add your categories to the menu under Appearance > Menus
4) Have you selected the image under the Tumblog Custom Settings (as opposed to placing the image inside the post)?
5) Under Tumblog Custom Settings
6) Dates should be showing on your blog, they certainly are showing on our demo http://demo.obox-design.com/tinyblog/the-force/
7) This is another Custom menu item we’ve added with the link pointing to the site path
Thanks
Thank you for your quick response.
The main issue that I am having at the moment is that—even though I used the tumblog interface to create my entries (and the related fields/boxes are checked within the post)—the system is still displaying them as a common: “post.”
Is there a setting that I should have set somewhere in the Dashboard that controls the taxonomy-based categorization/labeling?
Hi Eric,
The theme should automatically get the post type according to your selection. Have you tried to create a post straight from your dashboard using the Tumblog buttons? This may be an issue we have to take up with the Woo crew if it does not work that way.
Thanks
