Hello. I’ve sent you a message but i didn’t heard from you yet. I have a problem with the homepage tabs. When i introduced a product the image for the product is not displayed in my homepage tabs. The theme put automatically a src to the image and i don’t know how to change that src. Can you help me? Thank you very much.

Hi there, you don’t need to change the source, it will automatically link the pictures. Did you regenerate images after installing the theme?

I have tried numerous times to load the tokyo theme onto the latest version of Prestashop via the import theme. There is no trace of the theme and any files. I have removed the images from the revslider module as suggested but still nothing happens. Any ideas?

Please try the alternative method of uploading the theme: Copy the theme zip directly to the themes folder via FTP Add a theme in the same way, but instead of selecting the upload from file option, select the upload from archive. It is most likely that your server is timing out before it has finished the upload, and this method should overcome that.

Hi, the first support was fast and easy, but now there are still errors in the breadcrumps, the “was” of the reduced price is still showing up and the responsive does still not work properly on cell phones and 7” tablets. I have been waiting for an answer for more than a week now, could you please tell me when these issues will be fixed?

Hi, im interested on purchase this theme but i have one question. The homepage items by default i can see only 8 items. It’s possible to add custom number of items to show? ( maybe more small and 16 items…) Can I add to homepage products of a specific category?

You can set in the module how many products to display so that is no problem at all :) They would show the same amount per row though, but we could make a tweak to the code for you to show more per row if you prefer. You can add certain categories to the tabs as well.

Hi, I am thinking of buying the theme but I notice that when I view the theme on an iPad or in a narrow screen the “Categories” tab appears instead of a menu. When I press this tab nothing happens. How do people navigate around the site. I am sure this obvious issue must be easily explained. Please let me know why the tab is not clickable. Thanks

This is the responsive menu which will show your category links to get around the site. It should be clickable, we will take a look at that.

Please also note I have tried to access the support forum but clicking login with Facebook presents me with a blank page. It would be helpful to know the turnaround time your company gives to respond to these comments and support queries. If you are busy and it takes a week then please let your customers know this. Very unimpressed guys, from one techy to another, this level of support is not good enough. Having tried this theme I realise that the blog does not work, it isn’t easily changeable, you don’t give any support, the theme has bugs when using it on an iPad Air. I am buying another theme and would like a refund.

For anyone who is new to Prestashop note that CSS changes are not like Wordpress. E.g. not every theme provides you with an easy to input CSS editor. However I just found this fyi FREE CSS EDITOR MODULE – ENJOY! Have a great day everyone! Thanks Tokyo team for all your wonderful support (!)

Of course the blog module works, you can see it working in our demo. By the sounds of it, all you need to do is reset the simple blog module and it will work as it should. It can get a bit “confused” during install sometimes. Changing CSS code will depend on which bit you would like to change. You would be best using the “inspect” option in your browser and it will tell you exactly where the code is that you want to change.

Thanks. Sorry for the rant, I have a deadline and work weekends. Still have issues with the overlapping of the search box when viewing in iPad, is there any quick fix. E.g is there a mobile theme option? I can code around it but just hoped for a turnkey theme. Thanks

Hello,

I am the author of SimpleBlog which is now part of Tokyo and London theme, everyone who has 404 error problem, this may be caused by:

1. external module who removes ID from URL

2. AgileMultipleVender (fixed in newest version)

3. module is not hooked into moduleRoutes

The most popular thing is #3 but solution is pretty simple, just reinstall the module and everything should working good. Another method is to transplant SimpleBlog module to hook moduleRoutes using Modules -> Positions -> Transplant a module

I do not the list of categories appears in the pages of products. Example: http://bienjoven.com/mujer-moda-bordada/34-blusa-liliana.html I need to appear as when you open the category. Hi fetafee, I solved the old price issue with a small change in product.tpl

Look for $group_reduction == 1 and change it to $group_reduction == 0. It should be around line 249.

That’s how it is in the default theme. You can do the same for the layered navigation not showing pictures copying those lines from the default theme in product_list.tpl. Although it will only show one picture for product with no rollover.

I am interested in a purchase here. However, it seems that the promised support is sporadic at best. Most commenters here seem to be dissatisfied with the long waits. Does the author have en explanation for all these long response times?
