I am sorry you had such impression, but let’s clear this up before you start making such statements. Most of customers managed to install the theme themselves. Some of them were helped by our support team. Amongst other tickets, I didn’t find any of yours. Perhaps, you are registered under a different nickname? Were you not helped with the installation or did you not try at all?

Hello, Thanks for create an amazing theme like Troika! You saved me a lot of time…but I have a simple question:

I set a default header for the theme but in the “blog” page show the title of the “blog” not the title of the page! I try to avoid the default page header and set a custum one but anything change :(

You may want to look at implementing a max-width here to prevent broken layouts on some devices:

@media (max-width: 1024px) { #main > .container, .section_wrap { max-width: 100%; } }

You already have this rule implemented.

This is one of the most frustrating themes I’ve ever worked with. The documentation is not helpful for utilizing a lot of their options and while the team responded to numerous issues with the theme, they did not know how to fix many of them. There are also some strange caching issues that disable any updates. We were able to get things to work—but after a lot of hacking.

First question, is revolution slider used in the screen shots of the three sample sites? If so, where do you include the shortcode on the home page?

This theme doesn’t seem to work with the Visual Composer plugin, which I recently bought from this site. On one theme I have the ability to add sections and elements to the page. With Troika, it seems like there are a few drop down menus for formatting but I don’t have the same Visual Composer editing abilities. Therefore, I can’t use this theme even though I’ve already purchased it. I could be wrong and I haven’t sought out any support – just stating my initial observations.
