HI,

Quick question, is the WP top admin menu disabled by default in this THEME for the live site? I see it fine in the dashboard but not on the published site …and, it is enabled in the WP User settings.

If it is disabled, is it possible to turn it back on, and where would I do that? If it is disabled is this due to the responsiveness for mobile? Thanks.

Yes, I know this…and it is enabled in my User profiles…but it is not showing in the published space. I was wondering if it is supposed to work with this theme. If so them I have a bug to track down here. Thanks. Just trying to narrow my search.

Hi Serge,

I would really like it if you could share some code with all of us.

I would like to show the top banner at full width then as the size of the page got smaller I could hide it and the show another div, then when smaller again hide that div and show another div, I think it would be useful for google Adsense so we could show mobile ads at lower resolution and large desktop ads at higher resolution.

I look forward to your response and I’m really enjoying the theme so are my users.

1. Remove the file /css/bootstrap-responsive.css

2. Replace in the file /css/bootstrap.css

width: 940px;

with

width: 1170px;

3. Remove all media queries from the file style.css, like

@media  (max-width: 480px) {...}

etc.

Hi this is the first theme that i’ve purchased from themeforest that I can actually use. Its very funcitonal, the html is highly commented, and its very functional.

I do have one question though. How do I change the contact settings. I created a contact page using the provide contact template. but I cant find the settings? Thanks.

What the settings do you mean? Email address is taken from the user profile (admin). Settings for Google maps you can find on the menu TrustMe Options -> Copyrights -> Google Maps for Contacts Page Template

Also How do we change the “author profile widget” right now all it says is view all articles by {insert authors name}. Is there a way to add text there?

This option will be very powerful for our themes and only a minutes for you in time. The red rectangled option, which restrict widget to do not duplicate posts within widget content. (I’d make a search in WP codex, and see the do_not_duplicate exist, but unfortunately I’m not a coder…)

For this you need to change in the file functions.php

add_image_size( 'small-thumb', 50, 50, true );

In the style.css, width for

.widget-thumb img {
width: 50px;
float: left;
margin-right: 10px;
}

And rebuild thumbnails ‘small-thumb’.
