Im interested in this admin panel, but I have 2 questions 1- ¿this template is fluid, responsive full screen? and 2 ¿Why are you using and old Jquery library?

It has a fixed layout and the reason I use an older Jquery library is because I created it 2 years ago and I didn’t used any feature since that required a newer Jquery version. You can use a newer version if you would like to
