Sorry I am being blind – where is the code to set the header box to be shut on load and open once clicked as opposed to being set open from landing? I assumed it was in one of the JS files but just cant find it. Sorry really appreciate your help.

Open up every html page – find this line: div id=”toggleMe” style=”display:visible; overflow:hidden; height:225px;”
and change it to this: div id=”toggleMe” style=”display:none; overflow:hidden; height:225px;”

Which font are you referring to please – we list 3 fonts used in your help documentation and supply a link to them.

Hi yes sounds like you don’t have all the files from the download in your server because it’s an Ajax form and simply refreshes the form to replace with a confirmation message – either that or your hosting company doesn’t have send mail php function setup correctly
