Good job! GLWS!
Thanks ThemeRex, GLWS as well.
Alright. All the plugins that you state come integrated within the theme are not there upon download. No Visual Composer, no revolution slider, not even woocommerce (even though I can download and upload that for free.) Either A) You directions need clarification or I’d like my money back. The one-click installation doesn’t install any demo content onto the site either. I will visit you support page and request a refund or will contact envato.
Hi there, you need to read the documentation first. The plugins can be installed by going to Apperance->Install Plugins. Thats the pbly way themeforest themes can bundle plugins. I will also look at your support ticket as well. Have a nice day
I have been working long enough in WordPress to know where the plugins have to be installed. I have tried there as well. I attached a screenshot showing you exactly what the issue is in the support ticket. Again, if this issue cannot be resolved by today, I do need expect a refund.
Nevermind. I’m a jerk. I found it…I apologize.
Lol, its ok
When I view the site on my Google Nexus 5 in (320px) portrait mode, the ””Quantity” / “Subtotal” headings are smashed together and the “Proceed To Checkout” button is somewhat cut off. Perhaps you can replicate/fix this?
Your item details page lists “Advanced Theme Options” and “Advanced Grid System” among it’s features. No doubt, the grid appears to have been leveraged in an awesome way. Though I don’t see where (if anywhere) you’ve shown what theme options look like.
What theme options framework does is in use (whether in whole or part)?
What Grid System is in use (whether in whole or part)?
Thanks WiseOwl, we don’t have a Nexus 5, but I think I understand what you mean. We can certainly fix it.
We use Zurb Foundation framework and for the options, OptionTree framework. Here is a screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/3k3A320y2x1x
Thanks for the reply!
I viewed the site in both Chrome and Firefox on the Nexus and it looked the same so I figure it’s probably related to the horizontal resolution of the portrait orientation rather than the device itself.
Foundation 4 or 5?
Did you know that Redux Framework offers an OptionTree converter?
While it’s usually though it’s typically a relatively simple matter to convert themes that already have user bases, perhaps use it on your next theme?
Thanks for the recommendation, we ‘ll surely look at the redux framework. We might use it on our next theme
its says theme will be installed like the demo , this did not happen to me..What have I done wrong ???
Hi there, have you read the documentation? After that, you need to click the import demo content button on your Theme Options available at Appearance ->Theme Options
Shop > Single Product
Clicking the “X” (to close the pop-up image) does not work (USing Latest version of Chrome)
Just letting you know.
Thanks ragtech, will check that out.
Great work.. GLWS
Thanks, we received a lot of praises for this theme
Really like the theme, especially the banners. But before I buy I’d like to know a little more about the banners. I understand it’s a shortcode. What are my options to custom create those banners. Am I able to easily define the banner size, borders size, border placement, border color, banner background image or color, text placements, hover over effect?
Thanks in advance!
Hi kaxer, thanks for your kind words.
Banners are a part of our Visual Composer extensions. Here is how we add them to the site: I could not get the screenshots of all the options, however you can see most of them. You can also use html inside the banners:
Really enjoying your theme so far. I have a an urgent request, though. Would it be possible to change the slide-in/slide-out animation on hover of the product thumbnails to a simple fade? I need to go live with my site within 48 hours, so if you could respond quickly I’d appreciate it!
Hi taliwalt, glad you are enjoying the theme. We can surely help, but could you please open a support ticket at http://fuelthemes.ticksy.com/
I’ll do that, thanks.
Can I ask you another quick question? I’m trying to create a section that spans across the full width of the browser window, and checking “force full width” in the row’s options in visual composer doesn’t do the trick, it’s still limited by the 12-column container. Can you give me the proper css or whatever to make something full width?
Thanks. Really enjoying the theme by the way, rated 5-stars!
I have seen your support ticket, and will reply as soon as possible
Hi, my client and I really like this theme, but she asked me if I can move the menu and make it center aligned, Is this easily doable?
Just bought your theme, it looks great! Hoping it will work just as good as it looks.
One question, just installed all the required plugins and the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin has an update. When I want to update it goes to the CodeCanyon page where I can buy the plugin. How do you handle the ‘plugin updating’?
Hi Pascal3000, thanks for purchasing. The visual composer updates have to go through us since we are the ones who actually bought the plugin. Right now, you should have the latest version. In the future, we will make updates to the theme so that you get regular updates to UberStore and the bundled plugins.
I have version 3.7.4 right now, and I just installed your theme and plugins. The new version is 4.0.2.. Don’t know if it’s a big deal or not..
It wont affect anything on the theme However, you can open a support ticket at http://fuelthemes.ticksy.com/ to receive the latest version.
Will do, thanks for your quick reply!
Quick question. I use the child theme. You say I need to make changes not in the style.css but inside app.css in the ‘parent theme’. But this way when I update the parent theme my changes disappear so the purpose of using the child theme is gone. Or am I missing something?
If you are using the child theme, please add your changes to style.css. That warning is for the parent theme.
Will open up a support item for this. Changes made to style.css in the child theme are not visible.
Replied to your support ticket. Hope that fixes your problem Have a nice day!
I like your response speed! It works perfectly, thanks!
Looking at your theme in FF and it looks great. One thing I noticed is there is double drop down arrows in your variable products as well as the “sort” options at the top of the shop pages. Considering this theme for a future project. Is the double arrow intended, or is something else weird on my end?
Hi roos3342, thats an ongoing FF bug since 2011 (link). We actually fixed it, will be available in the next version.
Here is the un-cached version of the product select: http://themes.fuelthemes.net/uberstore/shop/bags-backpacks/ecote-diamond-stripe-make-up-bag/?ModPagespeed=off
Amazing, thank you!
In addition to the other issue on the cart page (which is not limited to just my phone), I’ve also noticed that when the “Select Options” button is pressed on the Shop page, it changes to saying “Added To Cart”.
I imagine this is a bug since such an item shouldn’t be announced as added before it’s options have been actually selected. Right?
Thanks, will fix that right away Love to have comments like yours that make our themes better
Have you done any amazon affiliates work with this? Does anyone have any opinion about the best amazon plug-in to use (EX: prosociate, WPzon)
Hi ziegz, no we have not worked with amazon affiliates. Sorry about that
Posted in the support forum but adding here too because I need this fixed asap:
uncaught reference error: theme ajax is not defined
Here is a screenshot
Hi Tali, fixed it for you
Amazing. You have my gratitude As far as the other ticket I opened, you’ll get to it eventually…right?
The ticket included 3 requests, if time is tight the most important one is about creating elements (for the home screen) which span the full width of the browser.
I really appreciate your help. 5-stars for you!
Yeap, I have seen it, but they require a little bit more time. Don’t worry, we don’t leave the support tickets un-answered
awesome. thanks for the reassurance
Can I make the site search for products only? Also, do you have a product search styling built into the theme (i.e. display in a product grid format)?
We do have default WP search functionality, but not in a product grid format. Wordpress returns search results for posts, portfolios and products in a mixed format. You would need to use the WooCommerce search widget for that.
Sorry, where could I find the documentation? It seems not included in the downloaded theme ZIP.
Interesting, we ‘ll upload an another zip. Here is the documentation meanwhile: http://cl.ly/0m083a1n1B3g
Hi! I’d like to purchase your theme but had a question. In the portfolio section (paginated option), is it possible to link to the portfolio categories from the sidebar? Instead of having them as a horizontal menu above the images, I’d like to have them on the right? Thanks!
Hmm, thats an interesting idea. Maybe we can build it as a widget for you?
Tried doing a ticket but not sure where to find my purchase code:
Having a lot of trouble installing. Having this when trying to install the revolution installer which isnt even in the zip file as far as I can see. I had to buy it.

Hi ziegz, you need to install the bundled plugins from Appearance -> Install Plugins. Thats how all themes on ThemeForest must do it. You are getting this error, because you also installed an another Revolution Slider. Best thing would be deleting that one and installing the bundled one.
