For anyone with support related question(s), please post them to the theme’s support forum.
In my effort to provide you with better support I’ve setup an independent Forum where all comments are searchable, you can upload images and insert code with code-highlighting, etc.

Hello Andon. Can’t thank you enough. Site buildout is finished and I couldn’t have done it without your help. You can log back in to see the finished product…(we will go live once US Soccer gives us permission to promote the event this coming week).
For anyone thinking about buying this theme, you will not only be getting the most flexible and intuitive theme I have experienced on this site but also the most responsive support staff. If you have any hesitations I can honestly say that you can feel comfortable.
Thanks again Andon!
Thanks Rob, glad you like the theme and support we provide
you can use more different slide?
Thank you for choosing the “U-Design” theme!

When will the responsive update be available?
I have completed the responsive version of the theme, I’m just doing final touches, updating docs, etc., I’ll be releasing an updated with it most likely today or tomorrow. Have a look at the following thread in the support forum where you can test out a demo version of it: http://dreamthemedesign.com/u-design-support/discussion/13107/who-wants-to-test-u-design-responsives

This theme looks great and I like it. Is it possible to build your own page layout with this theme? And, can I make the home page more long with more content ?
Can I have videos in the slider ?
thanks for your interest in the “U-Design” theme.
To your questions the answers are “yes”, you can do both these things.
Hello internq7! First of all.. wow what amazing theme!! I only have 1 little silly question… I need to be able to post last articles in Home page, behind the slider section. I need it to look something like the Latest articles section fo this page: http://www.creativebloq.com/
So, i saw that in your Latest Post widget there is the change to customize the thumbnail right?? [post_thumb_width=”100” post_thumb_height=”80”] so i will be able to make it bigger… but there is any chance to show the CATEGORY of the post and DATE???
please see my reply to your next comment
Sorry.. just saw i wrote “behind” is not behind, is belowwwwwww jejejjeej and is not “change to customize” but CHANCE… sorry i wrote it really fast
there’s an option for date and author but not Category. In most cases you pick one category to pull posts from, so the entire widget instance will be used to display posts from one category only, so no need to list it, but how you can achieve what you want is manually type in the Category name in the title field and select that category to pull posts from, then if you need posts from another category just use another instance of the widget but this time name and select the new category, yes, that would work. Since I’m not sure if this is a pre-sale question, if you have purchased the theme already and need help with this please post any support related questions to the theme’s support forum. Thanks internq7, yes was a presale question! And i’ll buy your theme for sure in a few days! Thanks for the support, you rock
Great! If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
How can I get the exact code you used for the demo revolution slider?
I love the way each slide was made, and would like to replicate this on my site.
I see you’ve got your answer in the support forum, for future reference, please post any support related questions to the theme’s support forum.
Disregard my previous post.
I just received the answer at your incredible forum.
I’ve tried to add myself to your support forum, but I cannot get the item purchase code, as the only links shown on my download with I log in are “Regular License” and “Help with Wordpress Install.” The “License Certificate” link isn’t displayed. Has this changed in Themeforest? Is there another way to try to access your support forum?
Note that this License Certificate section is now located under the “Download” drop-down menu, and not where it shows on the forum sign-up help guide.
Yes, looks like TF has changed it just now, you should also be able to grab that purchase code form the email they sent you. Just email me and I’ll set you up. You can send me an email through my Profile page
I just checked and it looks like they’ve moved it to the “Download” button, once you click on the “Download” button you’ll get a dropdown menu and that’s where the “License Certificate” option is.
How do I upgrade to the responsive version?
same as normal, please refer to the regular update instruction in the support forum.
I’ve just copied over all of the new theme files via FTP but my site is still not responsive!
Ignore the last. It’s fine now, Thanks!
P.S. For future reference, please post any support related questions to the theme’s support forum. This area here is only for pre-sale question, not support
Awesome upgrade! Thanks for making this theme responsive – best theme on themeforest!!!
Thanks opendoormedia, glad you like it!!
this is absolutely, top down, THE B.E.S.T theme available. especially now that it’s responsive.
plus the support forum is great. lots of users, not just the developer, helping people out. the forum could use better search functionality, and a knowledgebase, but compared to what i’ve seen the forum is far more useful and you get quick responses.
Thank you gideon625 for your feedback, happy you love the theme!
thanks for the new upgrade!
Sorry, for that is not possible to give you 10 stars!
Stromrad from Stuttgart
Thanks @stromrad, glad you like the update!
May I know if I can easily style a page into 3 columns of posts, with thumbnail, title and description?
for something like that you could use the “U-Design Recent Posts” widget that the theme offers, you can specify category for the post(s), set thumbs dimensions, shadow, etc, number of words to show, as well as you could offset the number posts for that category, here a couple of examples here: http://dreamthemedesign.com/themes/u-design/features/shortcodes/recent-posts/ and this: http://dreamthemedesign.com/themes/u-design/features/convenient-code-snippets/recent-posts-horizontal-layout/
both of these examples show shortcodes, but you also have a widget version of it.
I have just seen that your theme is now design responsive. Awesome! I have been keen to get your theme for a while now.
Before I do, just a few questions.
1. Do you have a video showing how to build a typical page? Or any videos showing how to?
2. From your showcase, it seems as if the design options are endless, can all of those designs be made design responsive?
3. From what I can see, you use a lot of shortcodes for layout. How friendly is this for the website contributors to use?
thank you for considering “U-Design” for your project.
To your questions:
1 ) Building a typical page is really a WordPress process of building a page, there’s nothing tricky about it, it’s very straight forward and intuitive, there are also many tutorials on that, I have setup a section in the theme’s support forum with many video tutorials on general WordPress use. I have only provided videos for more complex features like setting up Portfolio section for example
2 ) Yes, the theme is just a tool in ones hands to create a layout they wish, and it’s up to them now to make it responsive, any layout could be made responsive now.
3 ) There are some shortcodes, I wouldn’t say that many, they are supposed to be more user friendly than HTML or PHP code so I’d say they are much friendlier to contributors to use.
Thank you for your reply to my questions.
Please advise if I am able to create any look and feel (as per your showcase) within the WordPress control panel and using your template builder tools. If so, will my design be able to be design responsive without any changes to the CSS or files from myself.
Your showcase shows so many designs. Each with different types of menu styles, some with full width and others fixed and so on. Are all of these features made possible with your template builder tools alone or is it done with custom CSS?
Thank you once again!!
to your first question, it’s hard to say because I don’t know what you’re going to design and how you’re going to implement it, if you stick to the theme’s default options then responsive should be fine, if you apply some customizations and do them in a way that is not compliant with responsive, then it will not work of course, the possibilities are simply too many for me to be able to give you a straight answer, I’d have to know exactly what you did and how you did it to be able to give you a straight “yes” or “no”.
To your 2nd question, I just checked some of those site’s menus and yes I do see some that were customized to have buttons for example. By default, the theme menu is just the clear text links as you see it in the demo, however the ones that have a bar behind them, that’s easily achieved with the theme’s default options by adding a background image with that bar image to the top area. Also, some websites also have implemented “UberMenu” which is a Mega menu, and it’s compatible with the theme. In the support forum I have also provided a “child” theme which will give you tabbed menu as in my other theme “PureVISION”, so those who wants that same menu in their “U-Design” theme they can use that “child” theme.
I can’t seem to get this theme to work with any ecommerce plugin. I have tried WP Commerce, Woocommerce and Jigishop. Any suggestions why?
Hi, I’m really keen on purchasing this theme but does the dynamix theme have any known conflcts with the events manager plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/events-manager/
or it’s associated payments plugin http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/payment-gateways-overview/
Thanks very much
thanks for your interest.
I have not personally used these two plugins so I cannot confirm compatibility.
Hi, I just purchased this theme, and I was wondering how I go about changing the image in the “Page Peel” I was able to change the link but it is still showing the rss icon and button.
Where can I found the demo XML of the site?
it’s in the support forum, it’s one of the sticky posts. You can subscribe to the Support Forum HERE.
