Help! Im assuming the WP automatically updated and now my theme is broken.
Gettting these errors:

first, those are not errors but warnings and second what is this plugin “fluid_forms”? First time I hear about it, it is not part of the theme so I’m not sure I can help you with that. One thing you could try is to disable that plugin as it seems all those warnings are coming from it.
If you would like to further discuss this or any other issues please re-post your question to the theme’s support forum, we dont’ provide support in this area here. In my effort to provide you with better support I’ve setup an independent Forum where all comments are searchable, you can upload images and insert code with code-highlighting, etc.

I have two sites using U Design. Love the theme. I am looking for a developer that can help me take site to the next level visually. Where can I find some great developers specifically for Wordpress U Design Theme?
please re-post your request to the theme’s support forum, I’ve created a section there called “Hire a Freelancer” where you can post your ad and might be able to find someone. You can subscribe to the Support Forum HERE.
Can you use different plugins to the theme like a chat plugin, forum, testimonials, prayer, sermons, etc? I need to make a website for a church and was wondering about the plugins I will have to add.
Thank you and GOD Bless
generally speaking yes, assuming there are no compatibility issues. So, assuming these plugins are properly coded should be fine.
Has anyone had success using a NextGen gallery with this? I purchased U-design and I have my site fully built and I am just now adding in my nextgen plugin which is absolutely required for my design and it breaks drop down menus and causes a duplicate of the page body on the all of the pages. Anyone else having a similar issue?
Thank you for choosing the “U-Design” theme!
Please post any support related questions to the theme’s support forum.

Great Packs of theme design! Covers every single necessary elements that you need!
Thanks daijiaoking, glad you like it
Please send me demo content file for u-design theme. I need to setup similar to demo site.
Really like this theme and the apparent flexibility.
Are the social-sharing buttons included with the theme, or did you use a plugin?
Also, they appear in your footer as well, but can they be changed to link to the client’s social pages, rather than act as share-links?
glad you like it
Yes, I have included the social icons and there are some that are not even shown in the demo site. The way I offer these icons is as HTML code which you can simply copy/paste into a “Text” widget, this way you have maximum flexibility to do whatever you’d like with them, even use your own custom icon images, or link them to anything you’d like.
Ok, that sounds perfect. The plugins sometimes conflict with the themes, so yours sounds like a better solution.
Btw, your showcase section really demonstrates how flexible the theme is. Quite amazing, really.
So when the theme is installed, is it basically a blank sheet, or do you provide templates to choose from? For example, I like the “Tea Time” site (not even sure how I got there now, as I had bookmarked it a while ago). Is there a way to have a demo site like that set up when installing the theme?
I have provided instructions on how to reproduce the TeaTime demo site in the support forum, so you have that, but not for all the showcase items, most of these are sites created by users like yourself.
Ok, well that’s a good starting point, then.
And I’m very impressed with your response time, btw. A very important factor when looking at a theme.
Thanks, we try hard to keep up with support, we guarantee under 6hrs response time in the support forum but usually it’s a lot less.
I see on the Tea Time demo you have 4 product sections (widgets?) that link to the woocommerce shop from each. If I wanted to add some additional sections/widgets below those, I presume I can link those to non-shop pages if I want, like regular pages with some photos and products? Maybe a photo gallery or whatever.
I just want to be clear before I purchase the theme that I can do the customization that I have in mind for the client.
Also, you have some great text and graphics in your Tea Time header. Was the text done using Illustrator or InDesign or something? I’m guessing the them doesn’t include an option to modify that text for use by purchasers, right?
whatever graphics you see in the header were designed with Photoshop. As for you other question you can add any widget to the sidebar, so for example in a “Text” widget you can easily add any HTML with any link you’d like.
Ok, thought so on the graphics.
So, with the widgets, when you say add them to the sidebar, do you mean the sidebar of the page so they’d appear either on the left or right side? Does that include the homepage?
Or do you mean the widget sidebar in the admin area?
Sorry to be so thick, but what I’d like to do is add a section below the product section you have on the homepage. I just assumed it would be by using widgets there.
The home page in the case of TeaTime doesn’t have a sidebar, the sidebar would apply the shop page and individual products pages. In all those cases including the home page you’re dealing with Widget Areas so yes you should be able to add more content to the Home page either before or after the product categories ones that are shown in the demo site.
Ok, that’s what I thought about the homepage not having a sidebar. So being able to add widgets beneath the existing product ones on your demo setup is perfect. Now to see if the client likes the theme as much as I do!
Font changes in theme settings will not take effect on site. http://plannet.com
I have purchased this theme a long time ago and would like to use it again. But I am wondering if the theme can be set to a specific responsive width? I need it to be correctly responsive up to 1400px wide. Can this be set?
Thanks in advance!
The quick answer to your question is “yes”, you can now set the theme’s width to 1400px from the theme’s “Layout Options” section or on per page basis.
Thanks for responding so quickly That is VERY good news, thanks!
You’re welcome. Should you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to post to the support forum
Thanks, will do!
Hi, I am trying to install the theme but I get:
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please Try again.
i.e. wp failure message, any ideas?
An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Update package not available. – Just uploaded latest theme version and i cant update wpbakery
Hi Guys! I just updated my site to latest version of this theme 2.4.4 but i haven’t found anywhere the zip file to update the revolution slider plugin. Where is it? How can i update it? Thanks for your help
I really like your theme and I’m interested in purchasing. Before I do I’m curious how difficult it would be to center both the logo and navigation menu.
thanks for the interest.
The menu can easily be centered by choosing an option for that, which allows you to have it left, center and right aligned. The logo, you’ll have to center it with the help of custom CSS, we can help you with that in the forum just ask when you’re ready.
Ok, great. Would I need to change the CSS files each time there is an upgrade to the template?
no, the solutions we provide are usually with a “child” theme so you won’t have to worry about future updates wiping out your custom CSS in the future.
Thank you for the great theme. I used it for http://www.shubainfantcare.com/ and I am planning on purchasing again. Awesome job, guys!
glad you like the theme, you’ve done an amazing job with the site, thanks for sharing
First of all say taht it is an amazing theme but I have a simple cuestion, it is posible to change the text of “FEEDBACK” button?
glad you like the theme
Regarding your question, we have answers specifically on this topic in the support forum, please re-post your question there so we could direct you to the right thread. You can subscribe to the Support Forum HERE.
I am learning to use WP using your theme. Very nice work. I have a question that may be stupid: I saw in your demo and read in the documentation that this is 960px wide theme. How can I achieve what you did with the “Need a solid theme you can count on? Look no further!” block – it has dark background color that spans all browser width? I tried to add a row with background color, then I put some images, texts and buttons I need, but I cannot span the background whole width and I do need the content of it to be 960px wide. I added a lot of content to my WP installation and I cannot add the dummy content you provide. If it is a simple hint please help.
Thanks onway, glad you like it
Hello, I really like it. (fast / fluid
I have some questions:
1) You can turn on “Boxed” mode?
2) I have seen that is compatible with BuddyPress (but I have not seen examples in “Demo”)
3) There is only one type of header?
thanks for your interest in “U-Design” theme.
To your questions:
1 ) Boxed layout can easily be achieved with a background image(s), we have that explained in the support forum, it is not a simple on/off option as boxed layout can potentially be setup in so many different ways, so it’s best to have you guys choose how you want it look. So, should you need help with this we can point you to the thread in the forum that explains the technique that can be used.
2 ) We don’t have a demo with BuddyPress, it’s not something people ask for very often.
3 ) By header do you mean the slider area or the top area above the slider where the logo, social icons and phone numbers are? In either case you have many choices, for the slider there are 7 sliders available to choose from, plus you could also use your own or some third party slider if that’s what you wish. As for the top area, you could assign any background image or colors, so no limit on options there.
Again I have purchased this template
I took a lot of time watching this template. Months ago I created a website with this. I have tried many other templates, I always end up coming back to this.
I hope to continue to improve and support that never change.
Good luck with sales, I hope you return to # 1 on ThemeForest
Thanks MatyStudy, your comment is much appreciated
