Hi, I don’t see why not, based on a few articles I read on the subject, it seems pretty straight forward to setup, you just need to add the rel=”author” on the WordPress side, there are even plugins that can automate that, more info

Does U-Design works well with page builder Visual Composer?
Since your theme doesn’t have page builder. I want to use the abaove pugin.

If you use a more sophisticated slider with the theme it’s harder to get it’s formatting perfectly valid in some cases.

The revolution slider is a separate plugin, or included in the theme control panel slides set ?
It comes integrated with the theme, but if you already purchased it separately you could use it that way as well. The theme also has included instructions in the documentation on setting it up.

I updated and is still setting this:

I installed the them 4 times, and while I see today’s dates on the files, I see today’s date or the actual folder their in.
I am uploading this manuallu via my ftp because I do not want to lose my files. I have troubleshoot with my host and they tried hard to help.

Hi has anyone had any issues with exit pop-ups not working with U-design?
Every one I try seems to display immediately and not on exit, or when the mouse heads to the browser area.
They work as they are supposed to on every other theme I’ve tried and in all different WP’s from 3.1 to 3.5.1 – but with U-design they appear immediately on page load – or malfunction in some other way.
What could be in U-design that’s causing this and would there be a quick fix?

as mentioned in Documentation for home page in setting>reading i have front page display i set it your latest post but after setting this when i go to any other page and in top navigation i click on home tab it won’t go to home which i actually set it goes any where else but as i click on logo it goes right … really want your support on that issue ..

To your questions:
1 ) Yes, you could assign any background you’d like to those sections, however if you would like to have a different background image on different pages, you’ll have to do that with custom CSS, I have a thread in the support forum talking about the technique to achieve that.
2 ) Yes, I also offer a “child” theme which you could use for your custom CSS so that it doesn’t get lost with future theme updates.
3 ) Sure, you can either use a “Text” widget to insert it, or just add it to your page/post content, I also believe there are WordPress plugins for that as well.

The “Home page column 1, 2, 3,” widgets are not showing up on my home page. I’ve tried all of the page templates. It was working before, but not now? Anyone know how to fix this?
Please refer to the theme’s documentation under section “C. Front Page”, follow the instructions to setup the home page with the first Option there (widgetized home page), which should have been the default, I guess you changed it at some point in the past, hence the widgets are not showing up.

A pre-sales question.
I was looking through the screen shots and I did not see any styling options for the side bars. Do these exist? Can I change the way side bar menu items look? Add a background the the side bar and style the navigation in the side bar?

Hi,
There are no styling options just for the sidebar, you can set the background color and image on per section basis, for example “Top Area, or “Main Content” area which would included the sidebar as well. If you need the sidebar styled differently than the main content then you’ll need to do that with custom CSS applied to the sidebar wrapping div. It’s easily doable many people have done it.

I have not extensively tested the two together, so I have to rely on user feedback I get in the support forum, so my impression is that yes, gravity forms is compatible with the theme, there might be some small glitches here and there but overall the impression I get is that people use them together. Not sure about the gravity-forms-plugin for woocommerce, I don’t see why not though.
