Hi,

i purchased your theme yesterday and wordpress is somewhat foreign to me, i’ve tried your vids on you tube and so on but cant seem to get the theme to look like the demo version. i seem to be missing icons ans so on. Anyhow it would be really great if you could set this theme up for me that way i can work my way around from there. cheers

Hi azdell12,

You can get help from envato studio for complete theme installation like demo site. Example developers : http://studio.envato.com/explore/wordpress-installation/5835-themeforest-wordpress-theme-installation

Thank you :)

How to make full width blog posts list page

Hi psytanium,

This is little complex customization. Below are steps to make full width blog posts list page.

Step 1 : Create new php file with name “template-newblog.php” OR your preferred name. Add below code in this file, save and upload it.

<?php
/*
Template Name: Custom Blog Page
*/

get_header();
    get_template_part('loop', 'post');
get_footer();

?>

Step 2 : Open “standard.php”

File path : ../wp-content/themes/ultrawebstudio/includes/standard.php

In this file you will find below code at line #15

$thumb = '<img src="'.swm_resize($swm_featured_image, 653, $meta_standard , true,'c', false).'" alt="" />';

change number “653” to “864” in above code so it will look like below code

$thumb = '<img src="'.swm_resize($swm_featured_image, 864, $meta_standard , true,'c', false).'" alt="" />';

save and upload file.

Step 3 : Open “image.php”

File path : ../wp-content/themes/ultrawebstudio/includes/image.php

In this file you will find below code at line #8

$thumb = '<img src="'.swm_resize($swm_featured_image, 653, $swm_image_post_format_image_height, true,'c', false).'" alt="" />';

change number “653” to “864” in above code so it will look like below code

$thumb = '<img src="'.swm_resize($swm_featured_image, 864, $swm_image_post_format_image_height, true,'c', false).'" alt="" />';

save and upload file.

Step 4 : Open “general-functions.php”

File path : ../wp-content/themes/ultrawebstudio/framework/general-functions.php

In this file you will find below code at line #449 ( Index #13 Blog Gallery Slider )

$swm_gal_image = swm_resize($gal_image['url'], 653, $meta_gallery_img_height, true,'c', false);

change number “653” to “864” in above code so it will look like below code

$swm_gal_image = swm_resize($gal_image['url'], 864, $meta_gallery_img_height, true,'c', false);

save and upload file.

Step 5 : Select “Custom Blog Page” template from page editor right side “page attributes” box. and publish the page.

NOTE: When you update the theme then take backup of above changes and after new version update apply all changes OR apply themes changes in child theme to save custom work forever.

Thank you :)

Hello,

Just a quick pre-sale question please. Is this theme compatible with Visual Composer and TinyMCE or will I have compatibility issues?

Thank you

Softwebmedia

Hi Bhobb,

Ultrawebstudio has inbuilt section grid system which may conflict with visual composer’s elements. We don’t recommend to use visual composer with this theme.

Thank you :)
