Thank you for an amazing theme! I just purchased it yesterday, and I absolutely love it! However, the only problem I am having so far is the footer navigation on the left. While it is technically there, it is not formatted nor visible without highlighting it. My site is clickstl.com.

Ahh never, I would of prefered to of waited instead of purchasing this theme, I’ll see what happens, could you help me with a small question? I renamed the theme folder to a different name and it appears the shortcodes don’t work correctly, nor does the blog, the blog shows half of the homepage… it’s very odd

Hello jackscreations,

You can give any name to theme folder. If you directly change the name then it will not work.

First go to admin > appearance > Manage Themes page. Change theme name from ftp and then refresh “Manage Themes page and again activate theme. You also need to set top and footer menus from appearance > menus. ( This applies to any theme)

Ok, with the new theme installed looks like all is working – EXCEPT the Gallery – if you look at screenshot – missing the gallery add icon, only have add media. I had this issue on the first version and the work around was adding images so they would attach, then deleting the code.

Thanks, be great to have some sound with explanations, I am using CS6 and cannot replicate what’s happening in the video. When I drag a new image to the work area it’s not coming up as a background but overlaying everything. As you can guess I am new to PS. Any chance of some help here, I only want 3 sliders with 9 different images, if I can do one I will be away but for some reason it just isn’t happening for me. Will pay if need be or buy another theme. My site is almost finished and want to go online but for this.

Hi David,

Slider image is masked with “Clipping Mask” method. You can view video tutorials in you tube with “Photoshop Clipping Mask” keywords. (example : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJsy5GM6mm4)

When you insert or drop image in slider psd file then add slide image layer above “imagemask” layer and do “CTRL+G” to mask with imagemask layer.

Middle footer is hard coded for contact info widget which has bottom border style. Add below css code in style.css at bottom area to remove border from middle image.

If you have done major changes in theme structure then it is good to avoid to use updated version because it will overwrite all old changes. Latest version is totally different than previous versions in backend. If you will refer help file of latest version, you will get idea how easier or hard to go for latest version.

Updated version will be more userfriendly because it has wordpress default gallery shortcode which is using image id instead of page id, so you can insert any image from media library

Hello, I meet a new problem with UltraWebStudio, maybe since I updated to WP 3.5.1. I can not seem to add more recent project in the theme options, or has a move or change.?
