Hi there,
I was just wondering if there is a way to hide pages from the menu?
I have created a thank you page for a contact form and if I add this page it adds it into the menu. Is there a way to have this so that it does not show?

Hi Tony,
Many thanks for your purchase. We are using “CSS DropDown Menu” plugin there. I had a look into it, but haven’t found any solution to your problem. Maybe It might be worth contacting the author of the plugin, maybe there is some hidden feature

If add 2 or more slides to the slide show it cuts off a piece of the pic on the bottom and if I only have one slide it does not? How do I fix this?

There is probably a problem with differe image width or some plugin might has changed something..

Just need to know if this theme is supported for Wordpress 3.3 released last week.
Universal Business theme hasn’t been tested yet. We’ll test it today.

Is there a setting to stop the sliders and display only one static page?
Fail. Ok I’ve installed a lot of themes, usually with ease but this is not at all simple, looks to be for coding pros only. If I was an expert in php, css and html I’d love this one. Can I get a refund?

If you are going to build the thing in widgits make a logo widget.
VERY DISAPPOINTED with this theme but making the best of it.
Documentation does not work as advertised.
Requires a LOT of configuration and even then I still don’t have it looking like the demo.
Not happy at all.
ALSO – if we buy the themes here support them here. DO NOT expect us to register on your site. (Can someone from evanto make this a policy?)

Providing support for 20+ items is impossible via theme discussions that’s we have launched our discussion forum.
The theme is not what you advertise it to be. It is not “Easy to configure” It does not work as advertised. It is not what I purchased.
Support is very simple.
Either provide the “easy to configure theme” you say this is supposed to be or issue a refund.
I bought this theme yesterday because of the following description
“Widgets loaded template with an extremely easy configuration of the homepage, header, footer, sidebar and many others. You can launch a nice an clean customer’s website in no time. Our goal was to create a template that you will be able to use for ANY client you have, no matter if you are creating a car business website, hotel website or website for carpenters
You can use it for your own company as well. “
I had a “quick” job I wanted to get off my desk quickly and the preview looked good and I wanted something with “easy configuration”.
2 hours into the configuration process I realized the theme is going to be a hard thing to configure.
6 hours into the process I realized I wasn’t going to get the job done with this theme anytime soon as I had followed the steps and had nothing that looked anything like the theme I had purchased.
I followed the steps laid out in the instructions to the letter and got nowhere fast.
I ended up purchasing another theme to get the job done.
Please either provide the theme with “easy configuration” I bought or provide a refund.
Ok… I bought an “Easy to configure” theme as it says in your text.
I have now wasted 2 hours of my time trying to get this thing to look ANYTHING like what I bought. NO luck.
The documentation is not 100% accurate and there is FAR too much configuration required to make it look ANYTHING like what I bought.
Please either provide a theme that looks SOMETHING like what I purchased or a refund ASAP .
I bought this theme a while ago and set it up for a client. I went in today and updated some plugins and now the top menu navigation disappeared! When I add a menu item, it does not work. I need help!!!

Helloo, i have just purchased the universal business theme – and tried uploading it but it says there is no style sheet attached so it wouldn’t upload. I paid for this – can you refund me my money or tell me what to do. I tried your forum but don’t know where to register – what do i do – i’ very distressed that i was sold a faulty product. Please advise what do i do.
Please unzip the file you have downloaded, there is a folder with actual theme.

Well I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the theme at that price. Well, it will take anyone with some knowledge of CSS , html and javascript to be able to make the most of it. Even using a logo I had to use a text editor. one type of slider effect. I thought it was supposed to be a CMS . Improve next time.
Theme is 3 years old now, please have a look at our newest themes. These are more user friendly to use. Thanks.

Thank you… I am currently having trouble installing the theme on a new wordpress blog for the same client that used this same theme. After uploading the .zip file, wp-admin directs me to a blank page asking “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” And that’s the end of that. No files were installed. Any suggestions/help?
