Pages that are 3 levels deep or more do not show sidebar content. Is there a way to enable the sidebar and the widgets on pages that are more than 2 levels deep?

I purchased this theme a year ago and want to know if it’s compatible with WordPress 3.4.1, so I can update with no problems.

I just updated to WordPress 3.4.2 and now receive this error message when I try to make any changes to content or theme settings:
