if you’re using vqmod system you would need to manually copy 4 theme files to your vqmod/vqcache folder:
catalog/view/theme/Universum/template/common/Universum_menu.php
catalog/view/theme/Universum/template/common/OpencartDefault_menu.php
catalog/view/theme/Universum/template/product/zoom.php
catalog/view/theme/Universum/template/product/colorbox.php

You would need to manually remove the links and buttons OR change them with CSS (all of them have their unique classes and ID’s so it could be done with CSS)

1. The banners below the slideshow are just a standard banner set with 3 banners, created under System>Design>Banners and applied with position in Header. The would only look like this when combined with the Flex Slideshow. Otherwise, they would look like the standard banners in content area.
2. I am afraid I wouldn’t be able to help with this. You would probably need to ask the plugin developer for assistance.

Hello Andrej,
try to disable and uninstall the module and then re-install it. Sometimes this happens with OC when internet connection breaks for a second while modifying some module settings. Simple uninstall-reinstall should fix everything if there is no other problems with your OC installation.

as I already said before, screenshot would never help in situations like this. i would need to see the problem “live”. As for the empty space, I don’t really think it’s huge. It’s called “white space” and it’s one of the things that make the difference between professional design and “random combination of things”. However, what you need is doable. Just give me a link to your existing store and I’ll give you directions on how to change it.
Does UniVersum Pro work with other OpenCart extensions like Canada Post, Purolator, HTML anywhere, etc…

Unfortunately I can’t tell for those specific extensions as I simply can’t know every single extension on the market.

Universum bought the template, and I’m pleased, I’ve been working on it, even without experience in OpenCard’m doing things there. Hello Paul,
all banners in the theme are just standard banners that work the same way the default OpenCart banners work. There are no differences here.

Since it’s not here to load the example image, I will try and explain my doubts can take, as an example is the original template http://universumtheme.com/index.php, now I have only two questions, how can a working on the banners template in the template with the name “7 custom modules included” that is on the right, and also the two beside the footer that says “free deliver” and “daily discounts”, just wanted to know how I can for working and what steps to take, in my site, so who are in the template Universum, just that, because I’m not getting.

this is the same default Banner module with set of 2 banners. The system would automatically check if the banners are positioned in left/right column, in content area OR the header area and would display a different version of the module.

You can see the sale tape is overlapping the product title there. Kindly advise how to move the tape up to the bottom of the product image.
In most cases, I can locate where to edit by using Firebug. Yet can’t do that this time because the pop up of the rollover image hides the sale tape.

the problem is caused by the extremely long product names you have. However it still can be fixed with CSS. The class you’re looking for is ”.prod_hold .sale_save_holder” – line 1366 of the stylesheet file.
The sale/save holder is positioned absolutely related to the bottom of the product holder. You would need to adjust the bottom: 74px setting or change it to top instead.

there are two possible reasons for this:
Either you’re using the wrong OC version with the wrong theme version OR your server doesn’t fully support all required features for OC.
Actually there is also one more possible reason – some third party extension that you have installed, but I can’t really say if it’s that or some of the other reasons. It works perfect on all my demo stores and test store which are running 1.5.4.1 and 1.5.5.1 versions of OC.

I really don’t know as I don’t know what’s causing this. Probably it would be good if you reupload the whole theme pack again and if it’s not fixed, try to disable your third party modules one by one and see which one is the problem.
I did what you said I have disabled one by one all the modules and nothing happens… I reupload your theme again and nothing happens… can I ask you something? If I buy another extension for search fuction do you believe that will work despite that problem of the template???

I really can’t answer this question as I don’t know what’s causing the problem on your store. You can see it works fine on the demo and I am afraid I can’t guess what’s could be wrong in your store installation. May be you would need to re-install the OC system and start from scratch.
Mail sent. I think I found the problem, but not 100% sure. Try to disable the htaccess file – it looks like there is some kind of conflict with your store domain redirection.

it looks like you jsut DON”T have any banner in the header position. They must be in header in order to appear below the slideshow.
As for the special products – there is a SPECIAL tab in every product page in admin. You would need to set start date and end date for the special price.

Hello Koev, after several trial and error, I realized I had to change the right css file… I used the red and css I changed the css file based … I changed bottom in sale_save_holder from 74 to 94 and everything is ok. Sorry for the inconvenience … !
