Thx man – appreciate the support – I’m really happy with this email template – it’s definitely my favorite
Great work – This looks like a fantastic purchase!
Thanks @pixelnourish!
Awesome Jonathan, great job!
hello. i bought your email template andtoday and i’ve sent it to about 20 people. this is what it looks like on the web http://www.burakoff.com/email/
however when i send it in email the camera image is spaced 4-5 pixels to the left of the dark background leaving a white space.
how can i fix that – it doesn’t seem i can fix it.
thanks.
It may be that you broke something – not really sure – what email program did it break in – can I see a screen shot? Can you send me the html you used – contact me via my profile page contact form so we can start up an email conversation and see if we can sort it out – thanks
can i send you an email from outlook express?
contact me at svb [at] burakoff [.] com
thanks for the prompt!
that’s probably your problem
– you should really use a sending service – outlook is probably breaking your formatting when you send – plus sending using outlook gives you no way of seeing stats on opens, click thrus etc – the main sending services offer free accounts etc and even paid is nominal – it’s done right and gives you reports that help gauge your success, A/B testing on content etc – well worth it.
But generally speaking, using a desktop client such as outlook is not a good idea for html email marketing – it will no doubt break the html to start with – even remove some code before sending.
I strongly suggest using one of the services outlined in your documentation – plus that will conform to spam regulations – otherwise you’ll get your email server blacklisted.
HI Jontahan01 Just purchased your lovely template, and when uploaded to campaign monitor using the cm file, CM returns a message saying needs Subject or Description missing. Can you help me? Thanks Mediawiz
Hi – thanks for the purchase and comment – you need to read campaign monitors instructions – it is saying you don’t have those set in your campaign I believe. Subject being the subject line of your email campaign you are creating and description also.

I have used CM lots of times and same as before! Its when i upload your template is says <$subject$> or <?Description?> missing. and template will not load!! any ideas? Other templates fine! Giles
That is because you are trying to upload to create an editable template for a client – the CM templates provided have the tags for sending to your own list – it’s a completely different thing to make a client template – it has different tags – you will need to add any you want for a client template
This is what i get!

Hi there. I am sorry if the question sounds stupid. I need to know if they could be use with WordPress. We are looking at buying: http://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-email-newsletter-plugin/149180?WT.ac=portfolio_thumb&WT.seg_1=portfolio_thumb&WT.z_author=dtbaker
Just not sure if above plugin can be used or could your templates be used with this plugin or something similar but it will be WordPress
Please give us your honest opinion
Thanks.
I’m sorry – I’ve never used this plugin before and you would probably be best ask the makers of the plugin if the plugin will accept HTML email templates.
Thanks
jonathan01:
am looking at your “uno” template. i understand that a lot of the template is customizable. questions, however, for you: is the font similarly customizable? is there an ability to change the color of the background text area in the “gorgeous” and “greetings” areas.
thanks much.
sincerely-
steven
Hi – are you talking about the email newsletter which you have commented on here or one of the other products in the “uno” family. If email then emails don’t support background images I’m afraid – they don’t play nice so it’s best to steer clear and we use a solid color (which is editable yes) – but of course every bit of the supplied files are editable and customizable yes for sure.
Thanks
Jonathan
hi jonathan.
thanks for your response. yes, am speaking of the newsletter template.
so, the color is editable which is great. what about the font?
thanks much and, by the way, great designs that you have come up with.
steven
oh yes everything is editable – even the font and font size / color etc
many thanks Steven
Jonathan
thank you sir. will buy it and begin my edit.
thanks again.
steven
Hi, I just purchased your UNO template. By importing it into direct mail it always comes with a white background which can not be changed. One of my buying reasons was that your layout has a black background. How can I change the background? And where can I change the framings within your layout? THX
I think you will have to ask your “direct mail” – the background is set in the code – if you take a look at the html – it’s rather hard to assist because I don’t know which background bit of the email template your are referring to or what direct mail is as I have never heard of it. Basically though as I said it’s there before you import, but then gets removed by direct mail so I really feel it’s a question for their support on why it does this.
Many thanks
Jonathan
Hello, Before purchase, I have some questions : What software to complete newsletter? And change? It’s possbile to use Photoshop Elements 10 ? It is possible to change photo of woman ? Sorry, I start, it’s my fisrt newsletter… Best regards
Hi – Dreamweaver or any html editor – you will need to understand how tables work obviously to edit the structure – the rest is just inserting content and basic HTML knowledge) – I recommend using a service such as Campaign Monitor or MailChimp to send emails – photoshop is not required to alter the html only PSD files, which you would then need to export images etc – as for compatibility I’m not sure that’s more a question for Adobe I think as I use Adobe Photoshop (this was CS4 I believe) – you can swap out any and all images with your own, if you keep the same name and size then all you need to do is swap out the existing image in it’s folder.
Many thanks
Jonathan
