About the translation please refer to the translation section here: http://valencia.code125.com/docs/In other words if you want to translate the website to french, you will open default.po in poedit program and translate your strings then save it something line fr_FR.po and upload both the po and mo files to theme as mentioned in the docs then you will change the language to fr_FR

You have to do it manually go to header.php and find the social div and add the item you need in the same settings and target it with css for the icon you need.
