Considering purchase: 1. can you customize the homepage slider background image? In admin? 2. can it be full width? slider stretched? L-R 3. Do you have screens of the admin panel?

1. Yes you can change the header background. It is a backend option in our custom option backend inside Wordpress. Please see the screenshots later.
2. No, there is a max. size since this is a non-tiled background. All other parts(top/foot panels, footer(can be switched off too), content area) can spread to fullwidth.

this tagline rotator is a manual changeable via our backend. There is no automatism like fetching tweets included. But this is a good idea we will put on our “wish list” for future updates!

Is it possible to put a Portfolio THumbnail so – that i can link to a custom URL ? For example i set a Portfolio Artilce wiht an image – but only difference ist the link, when i click on it! I will use the portfolio site as mainpage and send the users to GOOGLE for example – and if its possible – target blank…?

I see that you do not offer a Light preview and I agree with the argument that this looks best in dark. However.. I love the layout and functions, but I am designing a more or less white page.
How hard or not would it be for me to make it work as a light page??

Pre-Sale Question:
I see above you mention the height can be set for the homepage slider, which is excellent, as it is too small for regular crop ratio photography, but…can the ratio be changed for the full width blog overview header images for each post? Again, as a photographer, it would be nice to have them not crop so oddly and remain more of a standard height ratio (4:6).

yes changing the height of a banner will have influence on the banner wherever it is used (home,blog,portfolio). You have to upload a pic that would fit the largest size and give the height of largest banner possible (probably fullsize). Smaler sizes will be calculated from that.
Pictures (featured images) are handled the same way (but automatically). Their dimensions will be calculated to fit their surrounding.

Is it possible to contain the footer area such as “quick contact” latest posts” to be included within the expander at the very bottom?
I have yet to see this in a template but damn it would be sweet!!

the subfooter area contains a line of HTML editable via our backend. It is no widget area so there is no out-of-the-box solution for this.
Since it is HTML you could put in your own HTML code (maybe copy from the output of our Quick Contact Widget).

the Ken Burns Slider is build in the template and has its own part in our option backend. It can not go completely fullwidth but to fill the container which it is in. Meaning you can not go wider than the pages content block (for posts and pages) or not wider than the homepage slider block. You basically can see all widths possible in the preview. The height though is adjustable.

you find a documentation folder in the downloaded zip right next to the theme folder. Please open that documentation folder and open the index.html with your webbrowser. Be sure to read the “Installation” part carefully
