Hi there!

I’ve purchased the theme; however, I’m unable to create an account on your support site (says that the user name / email has already been used – which it hasn’t).

The question I have is that I selected my skin and have tried to modify the header so that although with the skin it is white, I want to change it to black (header meaning the area behind the nav menu & logo). However, when I make this change to the header, it is still white. Do I need to insert CSS code? If so, can you please provide the code for this?

I’ve just checked it, and we really have an account with “Alliantevents” login, so there is no need to register again, and if you don’t remember your password, you can restore it by clicking “Forgot Password?” link.

Regarding to your question, if nothing happens when you tried to modify skin settings, it can be result of blocking file_get_contents() PHP function by hosting provider or additional plugin like iTheme Security if it installed. To resolve that problem, check installed security plugins or contact your hosting provider for error logs and then create a ticket with host answer, your website URL, access into your WP admin and possible FTP access at our support website and we will help you.

Quick question. My site is in this never-ending loop when viewed. Any ideas? I’ve disabled plugins, played with the maintenance and coming soon modes and I cannot figure it out. Thanks

I’d like to hide the entire bar under Photo Album posts that says the author name and gives 1 share button and 1 comment button.

And last question..Is there a way to stop the Photo Album images from auto-transitioning? I’d like the Featured Image to stay put unless someone clicks for the next image.

WPML & 503

Hi,

I’m experiencing a big issue with “WPML Translation Management”. I use WPML for a woocommerce multi language site and I have other WPML plugin installed (WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, WPML Media and WooCommerce Multilingual).

The problem only occurs when ””WPML Translation Management”” is active: when I disable it everything goes fine (but of course the shop page does not behave properly). I’ve tried to disable one by one every other plugin and none of them seems related to this problem.

The issue is that I can’t update ANY page because it returns a 503 error: I can create a page but not edit it in any way, not even press the update button without changing a thing.

I have the last version of Wordpress Core, the last WooCommerce and of course the last version of all your plugins.

Please let me know how to solve this issue.
