Hello, I have just purchased the Vanessa template and have been trying to install it. I am having difficulties, but am not sure if it is because the installable file is 20MB?

Also, I could not verify my purchase code for some reason, so I am writing on here.

Thanks,

Ana

Hello!

That’s true, installation file size is 20 MB, what difficult do you have?. Please open a ticket in our support system.

Also, here is an instruction how to find purchase code http://wplab.pro/purchase_code.png

Hello!

We know about that problem and we already noticed authors of Layer Slider and Visual Composer about it. They promised to fix it in Visual Composer 4.4 that will be released in 1-2 weeks. As a temporary solution, do not use link “Edit with Visual Composer”, use “Edit” link and then switch your editor to VC.

We do not provide any purchase codes for VC or Layer Slider, if you want to receive automatic updates you should buy a license for each plugin, but it is not necessary, because you will find a fresh version of VC and LS plugins in theme’s archive, but in this case you will have to update them manually.

Please use our support system next time http://wplab.pro

Hello,

I’m trying to do a form but not the classic contact form. I want to have more fields in the form. Can I do that with any of the elements of the Visual Composer?

I’ve tried to do the form by myself but if I set an input as required then I cannot update because wordpress ask for the required input in the editor! Is there any solution?

Thanks

Hello!

I can recommend you to use some plugin that developed for that purpose like Gravity Forms or Contact Form 7

Hello again! I am having problems with LayerSlider. A Scroll Bar appears next to the image on the right side. How can I get rid of it? I have tried to create a ticket in your support system but for some reason my purchase code cannot be verified…

Hello!

Check that you have used the same login as you have at ThemeForest: TLoc (first capitalized letter) and here is an instruction how to find your item purchase code http://wplab.pro/purchase_code.png

Please be sure that you have used latest versions of LayerSlider (5.3.2) and Vanessa theme (1.5.8)

Hi,

I’m having problems registering for the wplab account. It does not ask me for a purchase code. I used the username I have on themeforest and the same e-mail address. (can’t recall if I got a sucess message after registering), then I get wrong credentials when logging in, but I’m sure I used the right ones as I did a copy/paste… Would be great if you could check if the registration system is working and let us know so I can try again.

Anyway, what I was looking to know was if there is a clean way to export Theme Options for your theme? (even if that means SQL scripts) I see that some themes based on frameworks have options to this from the admin area so I was wondering if you were using such framework. I see a wproto folder, but doing a search for that I can’t see if that’s a known framework or something you built inhouse…

The theme options question is kind of urgent so I would really appreciate if you could help with that.

Thanks!

Hello!

Our support system works fine, you can open your ticket here http://wplab.pro/create-ticket/ then choose your product (Vanessa ex Picasso WordPress theme) and paste your item purchase code in “Purchase code” field.

Theme settings are stored in “wproto_settings” option as a serialized string, see wp_options SQL table. Settings, regarding to posts / pages / custom posts etc. are stored as custom fileds.

Hope that was helpful!
