So it seems that the document type declaration is broken. Did you get this error from the start? I’m not quite sure what can cause it.

It’s on both those domains. Same problem on each one.
I believe it worked from the start. I didn’t mess with anything recently and my client just said it was broken. Any clue what file this might be involved with or any possible solution. Not sure if I should reupload the files involved with the cart or what. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
I think the problem lies in common/header.tpl file. Please try to log in to your ftp server and rename common/header.tpl file inside vasco theme to header2.tpl (this will load default header file) and see if it works – if it does it’s great indication that the problem is in this file.

I need a little help, I’m trying to install an extension that would let me have images instead of text under refine search, this is the extension I am using,

Hi,
The extension probably makes some changes to the search.tpl file inside the default theme folder, but if you’re using a custom theme, you need toi actually extract those changes and put them inside your search.tpl (or any other files) within vasco theme folder.

I’m not sure I know what you mean, I’m sure of a novice with the whole website creation stuff, and have been using firebug to help me make minor changes, can you tell me how exactly I can extra the changes to the tpl folder?

You’re using custom extensions which are displayed on column-right, those need to have their styles defined as they’re not part of the default opencart installation.

Information column is also not a default column module in opencart, therefore it will also need styling before it can be used in such position within ANY opencart theme. What you need to do is to apply css stylesheet to the column’s module so that it looks as you want it to look.

How many languages do you have enabled in your store back-end? When you change a theme back to default, can you see a language switcher?

Hi,
There may be couple of reasons, so pelase check:
- that you’re using vasco theme designed for your opencart version 1.5.1, any other version will cause problems
- you have not removed any of the files in your default theme folder, if you did, please reupload them.
If none of that helps, please let me know and we’ll see what else it could be.
