Hi, great theme. finished installing but came back here since I too am having issues with the “coontinue reading” showing up twice.
I purchased the theme today so seems like I have the latest files.
I selected “excerpts” from the theme panel but almost 90% of the posts show the continue reading button twice.

Not seeing the featured posts slider despite all the right settings is a bummer, please advise. I’ve shut down plugins & see can’t get it to work.

What are you meaning about the menu link and subs? Do you mean the menu dropdowns? If so, yeah this is more of a how do I use wordpress issue and not so much a theme related one.

Hi, the issue you were having is covered in the themes documentation. It was with the tag ‘featured’, sometimes in WordPress lets say if you already have a category named ‘featured’ then you create a tag with the same name, WP will assign a slug or ID of ‘featured-2’. So you have the ability in the theme options to change the featured tag to whatever you like. I have done this for you on your site. Thanks,

Also very important, it seems that featured stories on the slider also appear below which is redundant, anyway you can exclude stories tagged ‘featured’ from the bottom stories?

Maximus, I understand about tweet & like, but the post showing up in the featured slider and right below it is an error and redundant. Is it too difficult to correct it to exclude posts tagged “featured” below the slider?
I understand your thoughts on this. I have done even as you’ve mentioned in some previous themes and people complained that they did not want it to filter out posts. If I get more people asking the same then I’ll be happy to include that ability in a future update. Feedback always appreciated, thanks.
This is really hard for me to understand, if you go to http://rocketstation.com you’ll see my most recent post, I set it as ‘featured’ tag, and it appears twice, right above/below each other. Is that the way it’s supposed to be? That makes no sense. What is best practice according your theme so this doesn’t occur? If its an easy fix, I highly recommend, it looks like a big error, because it is. I’m happy to work with your developer on other custom issues, but the above needs to be addressed.

Great theme! Quick question- can the front page slider that contains the featured posts do any sort of auto-scrolling? Or does the user have to click the navigation arrows to few more featured posts?

The theme does have the featured area auto scrolling built in, as well as you can set the duration of the pause time in between in seconds. You can set this in the theme options panel

The problem is in some typefaces. How can I fix them? Turkish characters in particular, is the problem.
Writing disturbed characters:

these characters like the others want the same font emergence.

How we will solve it? Could you inform?
If the font does not support your character encodings, then you can easily change out the font in the css or, just remove that font all together, by doing a search in the styles.css file for every place the font-family (LeagueGothic) is used, and just let it default to the font stack that comes after which is font-family: Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif.

the stats widget does not seem to be working correctly. All correctly link to my feed, twitter and facebook profiles/pages however the count for all 3 is 0.
Anyone else having this problem?
