All requests should be sent through the contact form on my user page ( bottom right corner)! Please don’t waste your time by sending me messages through the items discussion section as all I’m going to do is ask you to send me the message through the contact form on my user page.

The reason I do this is because in most cases I need you to provide login data and need to know your email to maybe send you files, both of which you can’t make public in the items discussion section. Not to mention that I check emails everyday while comments get read only once every couple of days.

When you send a message please include:

  • Theme Name
  • The Problem explained in detail
  • Link to a live preview / the website
  • (OPTIONAL) Login Data for Wordpress Instalations – if what you ask requires me to log in and take a look

I usually respond to support requests within 24 hours on weekdays, depending on the number of requests in queue. Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday/the next business day. If it takes longer please understand that I’m working as fast as I can and have a little patience.
