Additional information from RockNRollaDesigns:

We have now launched the RockNRolla Helpdesk for the buyers. If you’re having issues, bugs or queries while using our themes just sign-in to Helpdesk Account to open a ticket. Please explain as clearly as you can the issue you are having and what you were trying to do when the problem occurred (we’d love it if you could include URLs, screenshots and step by step explanations too).

We can answer pre sales questions very minor theme questions here in the Themeforest comments but anything else will need to be handled on the Helpdesk.

We have done this for a few reasons.

1) Themeforest comments are not searchable and other users cannot reply.

2) Many questions are asked over and over so performing a search allows you to find answers more quickly.

3) We have an ever growing knowledgebase and video tutorials section for our users. Its a much better place for our users to get help.

4) This allows us to answer more efficiently and quickly since we only have to respond in one avenue

To access our helpdesk, you need to create a free account with your Themeforest Purchase Code.

Visit the RocknRolla Helpdesk | Create an Account | Where to find your “Item Purchase Code”

Also, Don’t forget to rate us, if you love it.
