Installed the theme and followed step 1,2 and 3 from this guide: http://www.venustheme.com/guides/ves_gift/#!/install_and_configuration_theme

When I go to Theme Control Panel I get following notification: The Theme Configuration is not avariable, because may be you forgot set a theme from VenusTheme.Com as default theme of front-office, Please try to check again

I used ves_gift like mentioned in your tutorial. What’s wrong?

Module Easy Tabs can’t be uploaded. Magento Connect Manager gives me an error: CONNECT ERROR : Package file is invalid Invalid version, should be like: x.x.x

I have purchased this theme but the product slider is not accessible through the admin panel – it gives a message – There has been an error processing your request.

I am sure there is an easy solution – but can you check this issue.

I believe venustheme_productscroll-1.1.0 is not ready for magento 1.7.0.2. When I try to install that module into a fresh magento installation, the module is not working.

By the way – The theme is excellent. The best out theme – no contest.

This theme was the choice of my customer – I like it too, but then I read the comments, and even though i purchase quite a few themes from themeforest I’m getting pretty tired of the new trend .. external support – If you cant, and in an easy way support, document and make quick FAQ ’s of your products I’m out ..

Convince me why I sould buy it .. then I will right away!

@webtigerwebsites: I did a fresh install and used all the sample data. After that it worked.

A warning for the theme: - It is VERY slow - Not all extensions work properly - I tried to use Fooman Speedster but after that even more extension don’t work anymore - Documentation and support for the theme is very bad.
