While we’re trying to resolve your issue, here are few things you need to verify:
1. You have a valid and correct email id entered in VibeOptions -> Miscellaneous -> Email.
2. You server supports php mail function. (you may contact for server admin for this.) reference : http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_mail

Edit Page, Scroll down to bottom, you’ll see Page Builder. Inside pagebuilder you’ll see green blocks, click on the list icon in each greenblock and edit the contents/images/shortcodes inside.

I have loaded the sample pages and now I wanted to start adding our own content in. But the theme is not very intutive at all when it comes to updating the items from the sample pages. The Documentation is not helpful as well. Where am I suppose to edit so that it show my slider images instead of the original ones.? I have also force the sample pages to draft and yet it’s still showing up??? I have tried to add my own slider set that didn’t work too?

Sliders can be created using two ways : LayerSlider and Sliders. Simply go to your dashboard and click on any of the above and create a slider. Next you have to add the short code inside the pagebuilder. Please use our support form for detailed request.

I just submitted a help ticket but i just downloaded this package and cannot find the comprehensive layered psd that was advertised . . . I looked through all of the folders including the “psd” folder and the one thing was a pricing ribbon. I need to get my hands on that sample data asap and any guidance would be most appreciated!

Hi there. Just purchased the theme because it said there was a layered PSD that was included. However, when I downloaded, the PSD file for the homepage layout was not included. Can you please send that ASAP?
This is same issue as above. The Layered PSD is that of Pricing Ribbon and not of whole theme. Apologies for inconvenience.
We’ve built the page templates using page builder. The whole theme has been developed in modules. You can create any page layout by attaching modules in any order.
Hi, I was interested by your theme, but the menu on the demo is scaring me a bit. There is a little bug I guess which let appears some submenu not asked when dropdown is called.

VibeCom uses the standard WP Custom Menu’s. I don’t quite understand the bug you’re referring. For Menu’s I suggest you to go through our Online documentation: www.vibethemes.com/envato/vibecomwp/help/
Modification is easy as theme uses PageBuilder, for remaining , we’re always available for help!
Hi again, i am very disapointed with this theme. i bought 1 month ago and i just can get a feeling on how to construct personalised pages. i tried to edit the samples pages and turn them into my own personalised pages (with my own photos) and i simply can’t get it… watch the videos, but it’s a such an elaborated web of connections that i just cant get it. It seems that to build a page, we need to build first our own sliders and i am totally overwhelmed. please help

Apologies for the delay.Earlier you were asking questions in the wrong form which may have caused the delay in the first place.
In case you feel that you’re unable to use the theme, you can tell us what you want to create and we’ll send a live video on how you can create your own personalized pages.
Our theme may be different form others because we’ve focussed on flexibility and usability. So there aren’t any standard page templates instead we have Page Builder sample layouts, which allow create pages simply by dragging the layout and you can edit any page.
Every Page is made up of content blocks, few can be created inside the page builder itself like Carousels, Filterable, Content etc.. rest are created in WP Admin and can be used via shortcodes in the Editor Content block of Page builder. So for any slider you need to create it via WP Dashboard -> LAyerSlider or WP Dashboard -> Sliders and then include the shortcode in the Content Block.
We provide full support and are always available for help and I can assure you that once you get hold of few things you’ll love this theme.

Sorry, but there is no documentation available. The videos are just independent blocks and doesn’t give a general picture of how to work with the theme. I strongly suggest that you urgently make a more informative video on how to use sample pages to make our own pages. I have a feeling of total impotence because i dont have my questions and problems answered. If you dont find a solution i will have to report this to Themeforest
I think one of the solutions is to be able to change pictures on WP Theme Customizer. Now, we can only make limited things. Since is visual it could be the answer to all the doubts people are asking
That is an excellent thought/idea, but there are some technical constraints. The documentation for the theme customizer is still incomplete in many areas (ref: https://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Customization_API, scroll to bottom and see the list in red). Although it is being regularly updated last time I checked there were more than half topics uncovered in documentation. But yes, once we documentation of some important topics is complete, then we’ll proceed this.
Hi Vibe, do you update LayerSlider sometimes or do we have to buy it to get purchase code and updates ?
Because i have a little problem with it at the moment:
When i upload pictures, i create a layer, then i set a size for the image (height, width…). But when i start the preview or if a save changes then go to home page, pictures are NOT resized as they sould. So i have to resize all pictures BEFORE upload them on my site and use them on LayerSlider… Do you have a fix for this please ?

We do update LayerSlider. we’ll be updating it to 4.5.5 in v 1.1.0.
However, your issue is not related to update. Try adding some CSS to the image layer, in the CSS section of the layer like:

As soon as i enter in the “preview”, or if i save changes, pictures aren’t resized. See www.mastersey.net if you want to see the result. The 2 logos have to be in 50×50px but they aren’t. How can i reinstall LayerSlider please ? Maybe it will solve this issue…. Because i’ve changed nothing nowhere… There is no reason to don’t work properly. Thanks anyway.
I’ve reinstalled everything. Wordpress+theme+db, and i have the same problem. And now i can’t import LayerSliders sample data. Is there any chmod to apply somewhere please ?

Does page builder allow slider to be 1/4, 2/3, etc. and add module in remaining 1/3, etc.? i.e. slider 2/3, portfolio thumbs 1/3?

Yes, PageBuilder allows sliders in 1/4,2/3 etc.. you can check out Projects in portfolios we already have some examples.
Featured slider seems to be working fine. I don’t see the icon shortcode used in the page. Please use our support form in case you’re facing any issues…

Rechecked again, the icon shortcode is working fine in all our installs and browsers. Try re-creating the icon shortcode afresh.

I would suggest you to read our documentation and watch our demo videos on how each functionality works here. We’ve created approx 40 videos to help you out.
The warning states that you haven’t saved the Page builder.
Please Click on the “List icon” on the right to see the settings in the carousel block haven’t been saved.
Again, I would request you to watch our videos, they’re all 2 min videos and will really help you in finding what you need.

Uber menu works perfectly with VibeCom. Few of our clients are already using it. You can set it up, just like for any other WP Theme. If you need support on how to use or setup Ubermenu, I think you should direct your support query to Ubermenu. As this is out of theme scope.
