I solved this by installing the plugin ‘WP jQuery CDN’ using jquery 1.8 from Google CDN.

The ‘jquery restore’ plugin also solves it.

Another way to get dropdown menus working again that doesn’t require a plugin is to comment out lines 38 and 39 in the functions.php.

It works for now at least. Crossing my fingers on a fix for 1.9 though!

Several features no longer work on my website http://www.fluffylogic.net since updating to Wordpress 3.5.1:

- drop-down sub menus no longer appear in the main navigation bar. - prettyphoto/lightbox does not work in pages or portfolio pages, clicking on a video entry takes me to the youtube page, clicking an image takes me to the image instead of opening them in a pop-up. - clicking to the next page in the media centre does not work

These are just the errors I have noticed. Do you know why this could be happening and what I can do to fix? I am really suprised as this is the first trouble I have ever had with your template.

The image that accompanies the post in the black square is not showing and there is a shadow image showing in the top left corner: http://www.kchu.org/.
