Hello Matt, how do I proceed to benefit the update with the centered site (as I have already installed the theme)?
Vertical images does not resize in the portfolio, any solution? even if we see some background on the right and left of the picture.
How do you add the form (as you have in your contact page demo)?
Can I change the term “portfolio” in the url by “member”?
Is there any possibility to directly goes to the single portfolio page when we click on a thumbnail without having to go to the arrow little icon on the upper left side?

1. They should resize automatically when uploaded to your site. using the built-in WP cropping function If you have old images in your media library please download and run the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin.

The theme actually includes very few options because it’s very minimalistic. But here is a screenshot of the admin so you can take a look:

Currently no. We’ve created this theme for image showcasing mainly. If you want to add videos you would have to do some custom work to include and support a new meta option.
It’s a possible idea for a future update of Victoria. We will consider. Although our next theme is most probably going to include support for both images and videos

Hi! excatly where i need to put that contact form shortcode? If I want Contact link appearing on menu and contact form opens under that link (like in your demo page).
You can put the contact form shortcode on any page you want. This theme uses the WP custom menu system so you can add any page, post, category to your theme.

Hello thx for the help, just the direct link from the thumbnail to go to the single portfolio page seems not working (you know without having the 2 icons showing but directly a link on th whole thumb.

Hello. If i try to add any portfolio item. Im doing like said in documentation. But portfolio item picture preview doesn’t appear on frontpage and on portfoli page too. And no buttons to open item as well? I dont understand whats the problem?
Are you sure you are clicking where it says “use as featured image” when selecting your featured image?

Are you uploading the image via the “Post Editor”? Also, are you using a multi-site installation? If you are using an MS installation you will have to open the permissions.

Also now after i used shortcode.. there is contact form and stuff, but it doesnt work, just shows input fields and stuff, but doesn’t show any notificiation that mail is sent. And mails dont receive too.
And why there is commenting enable under contact fields? Why anyone should wanna comment under contact link? How to disable it?
I’m not sure why your contact form would not be working can you go to our profile page and send us a URL to your WordPress install and assign us a Temporary username/password.
To disable comments on a page do the following:
Go to “Pages” > “All Pages” then Edit a Page and click “Screen Options” in the top right corner of the page and make sure “Discussion” is checked.
Now at the bottom of your page in the meta box area you will see you can un-check allow comments.

Love the theme. Question:
Is there a way to designate which projects you would like to feature on the home page? And / or a way to order the portfolio projects the way you would like it? I tried to change the date created to reorder, but it will only reorder based on a particular category.
Any ideas?
Currently no. The portfolio carousel shows the latest items. For this reason we added the image slider at the top so you can use that to showcase your featured work.
In terms of re-ordering the projects, there is a really awesome plugin I always recommend. It’s called “Post Types Order” and you can download it here:

When you install this plugin, make sure to setup your plugin like this:

You used the contact form shortcode incorrectly I fixed the issue you should be able to receive emails now. We are looking into the other issue you are having.
