Hm, I had a chat support and it seems you may have blocked their servers ( one.com ). I have sent me several e-mails from several computers and it all seemed to work just fine.
Perhaps you can say what you wanted to say here in the comments or simply go to http://www.premiumstuff.net and reply on the Videomail E-mail Template.

URGENT !! Hi there,
Just bought your amazing template.
But I need your help. The download packages was to “big” about 117MB. And I can’t download it caused my very bad internet connections 
Then could you send me only image and HTML files that no more large than about 20MB? I am didn’t need the PSDs for now. So, just HMTL and image will help me enough.

Never mind, I got it! I am interested in knowing of any video converter that would allow me to convert any mp4 video to WEBM and OGG ! Please advice!
I used a online video convert app. Not the best solution, but still it worked perfect.

Apparently not. We tried to make it mailchimp compatible as well as the new E-mail Template ‘View.’, but it seems MailChimp throws in some tags that prevents the video from playing/showing normal and thus it was better to leave MailChimp out.
However, send us a support ticket ( support@premiumstuff.net ) so we can make it as close as mailchimp compatible for you.

In principe zou je niks kunnen versturen via gmail in massa’s. Waarschijnlijk zal de video weggehaald worden wanneer je hem verstuurd naar iemand. Gmail is namelijk vrij streng.
Zelf willen veel klanten video, het is best een hot item. Zelf gebruik ik eigenlijk geen E-mail Templates. Vind ze awesome om te maken.

Hi,
We use vimeo plus as our video hosting provider. We then generate our own custom video thumbnails through our CMS with a play button over the top. The call to action once clicked opens a lightbox which then automatically plays the associated vimeo video via API work which our tech guys have done. To do this we generated a line of javascript code. Do you think our code would work within your email template? If so could you also comment back and email me at ward.jeremy.c@gmail.com

This will work with an .mp4 file. .flv is Flash, which ius forbidden in E-mail.

impressed me a lot this video mail. I had never seen anything like it. I would love to buy it if it is true that before I would like to know: I use direct mail program to send my mails http://directmailmac.com/. I would like to know how I can incorporate the template as it is not whether or not integrated whole. Also, I have read all the forum, and comment that is uploading the file to the server and then put the tag html5. Can you explain this or if there a manual? And finally, the background is black so I could change color to another?

We have contact with directmail. Altough I’m not sure they allow to send e-mail with Video as some E-mail programs ‘strip’ code before it sends. We haven’t used directmail a lot to be honest.
The video should be stored online. It should be in .mp4 format.
You can easily change the background colour, although there’s a white version as well
.

Response direct mail: -it looks like the template that you are referencing is not an full HTML file, but pieces of HTML that can be put together. Direct Mail only supports importing a single HTML file.
-the technology that the template in question uses to display video on Apple Mail and iOS devices is only supported in those mail clients. Meaning, that Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail/Yahoo web based versions would not support it – infact, the majority of mail clients do not support this.
So, sadly, the template you are referring to is not something you would be able to use in Direct Mail, but if you had a single HTML file that you wanted to import – Direct Mail would support that.
Hm, strange! Not a full HTML file? Never heard of that before. I’m sure they mean something else as it’s valid html.
I think they meant that hosting a video on your server is not a full html file.
