A few presales questions. I own the video centric wordpress site www.judo.com.gr
i use selfhosted videos (.mp4, .flv) and youtube. I have more than 4000 videos inside.
1. Can i use your theme instead of my current one?
2. Can I use also videos in hd. (1280×720)?
3. As you can see in my current site i made for thumbs a featured image, this take long time and isn’t so convinion. If my developer integrate all my videos to your theme the thumbs will be made automatically? Also can be in different size than the one you use?
4. I have also 2-3 pages more and i am wondering if i can use them in your theme (does it supports other pages than video?)
5. IS IT SEO Optimized?

1. I’d recommend you to test the theme on this address: http://test.wpzoom.com. There shouldn’t be any problems if you will migrate to our theme, however posts from the homepage slider will require you to insert the embed code in a special metabox. The same thing should be done with posts without thumbnails. Our theme is able to generate automatically video thumbnails for YouTube and Vimeo videos, while for other posts it’s required to add a featured image or at least to attach a image to the post. Read more here about the video thumbnails: http://www.wpzoom.com/documentation/videozoom/#sliderPlease also note that our theme doesn’t uses custom post types, just regular posts.

At the moment we don’t know a way JW Player could automatically create thumbnails, because I think this is technically impossible, unless you attach/insert or set as featured an image for each post.

just before i purchase, wondering where and how I can see the theme in mobile and iPad layout? Is it mobile eg. android and iPhone, and iPad ready? I can not seem to find images that show this also. thanks

I purchased your theme 2 days ago and when i installed it it was working just fine. Today i am trying to change the color style from dark to light, in the theme settings, and when i select the ‘light’ and press the save all changes button then the message ‘Loading’ comes up in the grey box but it doesnt say after that it was completed, it is not responding at all, it just stays there. Everything else in my wordpress works just fine except wpzoom theme settings that doesn’t respond at all when i press the save all changes button. p.s. i have installed no plugins yet.
Problem solved because from my home network everything works just fine, only from work network i have this problem! Anyway, theme is great!
Question before purchase, does this theme have a player just for audio? Instead of switching to a different screen to hear the audio

This theme has JW Player integrated, which works fine with videos, but it can play audio files as well.
Ok I’ve purchased the theme & it looks great! I have an issue though. i switched my hosting to linux & now the wp is saying “The active theme has changed, please upload active theme files now to ensure proper operation” & also “Make sure to export the media library and upload the wp-includes, theme files, custom files, files to the CDN to ensure proper operation.”
What should I do?

Thank you for the help! I had to deactivate the W3 plugin. Can I control how many videos are in the “recent videos” section?
You can change the number of videos in wp-admin > Settings > Reading.

it shows up fine on my google nexus 7 but won’t touch scroll. am i missing something?

Probably this happens because the slider has touch enabled, so you can swipe through slides using your fingers. This feature can be disabled, so you can scroll properly.
