These questions all deal with this page for hosted video as that is what I am interested in:
http://demo.wpzoom.com/videozoom/featured/self-hosted-video/1. The self hosted video does not show up on the iPhone (5 or 4s). The text is there, but no video. (Possibly a problem with the width of the center area? see #2)
2. On the PC when the width of the browser window is too narrow, the self hosted video disappears. Is there anyway to make that center section narrower to make this less likely to happen?
3. On the Kindle fire, the self-hosted video shows up in landscape mode, but not portrait mode. Again—possibly making the video and center column narrow might fix this.
How can I fix it? (FYI, I’ve sent two emails to get approved for the support area, but my account has not been approved).

Great theme ! Very easy to set up & use.
The only small issue i have is with using Video SEO by Yoast plugin .. I found a way around things but would be better if it worked automatically.
That said, this theme is worth a solid 5 stars

Instead of video, is it possible to post just pictures? I want to primarily use it for video, but I would like to be able to just post pictures as well?

Yes, you can use the theme with pictures too. You can also display images in the slider instead of videos.
I’m having major problems with this theme. It has been acting quirky for over a week.
First, I was getting an error message when i tried to log on, I thought iw was the host (arvixe), so i contacted them. Come to find out it wasn’t them, it was a faulty “native” plugin. It was the twitter plug-in that came pre-loaded in the widgets section.
Then as of yesterday, I can’t get into the ” /wp-admin” side of the site again. I had a buddy look at it and he was able to get in via this ridiculous workaround ( /wp-admin/themes/.php ) ...I’m very unsatisfied and disappointed. What will wpzoom or envato do about this?

hi there , My website file installs but after i load the template it hardly looks like the videozoom template. The thumbnails do not load along with other pages etc . I have watch your video on thumbnail problems but i think because i am on a mac i do not have the options you have shown on a pc . Please help

1) Is this theme cmpatible with some of the paywall plugins? like MediaPOass Subscriptions or Wordpress shopping Cart?
2) Can I change the Tags to allow search by Tags instead of a cloud that does not have its own home, but must be accessed through a video first? A ‘Tags’ tab maybe.
3) can I take the video slider here: http://themeforest.net/item/videozoom-wordpress-video-theme/full_screen_preview/2999824 and make it a related slider of still photos for each video?4) CAn this theme support user generated playlists of my content through individual profiles and access priveleges?
5) maybe you got another theme that is similar to this one that does all that and I have not found it yet

1. No, but such plugins can be easily integrated in the theme if you follow their instructions.
2. There are plugins for such functionality: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=search+tags3. This requires modifications.
4. Do you mean YouTube Playlists? You can embed them in the theme.
