Great theme! Which page is the slider homepage? Both the homepages seem to be grid.
Thanks, homepage 1 has a slider (a UI slider, not image slider). I’ve set the slider to 1600px in width, try adjusting your browser window if you cannot see it.

I would like to see how the portfolio is created and managed. Built in wp galleries, custom post type, etc… screenshots, video?
Hi, photos are a custom post type, a typically photo screen would look like so – http://cl.ly/6PS7
The homepage gallery is configured from the theme options, decide on slider width, whether to enable the overlay when images are clicked, what order to display the images and how many to show – http://cl.ly/6Pkm
You can create any number of individual galleries by creating a page using the gallery template and selecting the ‘type’ of photos (animals, landscapes etc) from a drop down box – http://cl.ly/6Px6

Thanks. Yep, you can disable the overlay from the theme options and have the thumbnails link straight to post pages with comments etc.

I’ve set up the theme and instead of photo type categories, i would like to use my actual categories. I a have +/- 100 posts and i would like to have them in the homepage. As far as i can see, this is only possible if i use “Photos”. Regards
That’s right, ‘photos’ go into galleries and ‘posts’ go into the blog – they are separate entities. If you would like posts to go into galleries instead, then you would need to modify the theme unfortunately.
