I am trying to add a video from vimeo to a slideshow, when I add the url the set featured image box goes to white instead of automatically attaching. It won’t attach even if I wait.

I currently have a WP Blog up and running with a different theme. I am really interested in purchasing the Village theme. Will this theme upgrade what I currently have, or do I need to “start from scratch”?

Hi, the support website you sent me to has only replied once and they’re advice was not the resolution. I’ve been having the same problem for the last three days. Is there a phone number I can call to get real support? If not, I would like a refund please so I can get a different theme. Thanks.

This theme works quite bad for me. it sometimes work, sometimes doesn’t. sometimes work for me, sometimes work for others. The slide doesn’t support bulk upload. so each time I want to upload slideshow. I need to upload one by one!!!! This is crazy! It is certainly not working stable!

Hello, I having to questions:

1. How can I change the mouseover text-color for the menu? i can’t find the value the I have to change.

2. In slideshow modus i can fade in the menu-bar by clicking the toggle. But the menu-bar don’t fade out again. How is it possible to fade out the menu-bar again, for example after 5 seconds?

hi! something is wrong with map background shortcode. It gives me view for YEMEN but I copy&paste my data from another site where it’s working perfect (http://fotograf-zakopane.com/#!kontakt/ – for zakopane, podhalanska street in Poland it’s lat=’49.29998’ zoom=”15” lng=’19.98540’).

Could You check it? I have last version of village Thanks! ps. I cannot provide url – I’m working on my local machine

FOUND IT – in admin I replace the data: I paste lat where should be lng and lng where should be lat.

it’s not always working properly… You could check it anyway… when I try another localization on krupowki (it’s main street in zakopane) still have a problem like above… Why? That’s more than interesting :). By the way – great work!

Hi i have a problem with the contact form.. when u fillup the form and push the send button, it says ur mssg sent but i do not recieve any email??

There’s no answer (4 days by admin e-mail), and Your forum is almost empty…. bug’s in typography, bugs anywhere …. that would be ok if You could write it in theme page (that you’re working on another project and You DON ’T support it anymore)

We provide support from Mon-to-Fri and Sunday evenings and have hired support staff, we also have a knowledgebase & video documentation.

I really need some help, a colleque of mine bought Village and i absolutely love it.

So i was making pages and all that and when i tried to make a gallery, it does not upload images.

When i press on Gallery manager > upload files, it still works.

When ever you see the upload % bar they do go to 100% But then say, Failed UPLOADED

I can’t find anything on your forum about this problem, and i really want this to work…

I know I have asked this to you before so I will ask the other buyers if they have any issues with this theme on Android devices? e.g. Samsung Galaxy? I want to buy theme but from what I can see on the demo it does not work on Android

I know the theme author is busy working on other projects at the moment but with so many purchases I am surprised they have not tested it on these devices – Design is FAB but I am put off buying on this basis at the moment.

I have bought so many themes and so far each author has ensured that they still take care of the themes they have out there in addition to the new ones they are working on

Anyone else concerned about this considering the growth in mobile device useage?

Is it possible to add a couple of images into the ‘Village’ menu bar (beneath the main menu) and link them to a different page (offsite)? The images will fit within the width of the menu bar.

Hello

I just attempted to install this theme on my local installation of WP 3 .4 (Windows 7 64 bit) and I got an error message saying the style.css stylesheet is missing in the theme (.zip file). So the theme did not install correctly. Anybody seen this before?

We did not design this theme for mobile devices like Android. We built it for larger displays. We won’t be adding Android support as i do not have an Android device in my possession.

WELL THAT IS A SHAME . I do understand that there are many different platforms to build for and the demo works fine on Iphone – as does the site on Android – apart from all of the text being replaced with lots of messed up text so I thought it might be a simple fix.

All I can say is that it is my opinion that as an Elite Author and also the fact you have over 3,000 sales of this lovely theme – then surely as the MOBILE market is set to exceed internet access by people using a laptop or desktop machine by 2015 then you are not really handling this critical point that effectively and in the interests of your purchasers.

You commented that you are busy developing new themes – so does this mean as an author you do not improve on work you have already done in the interests of existing customers?

Looking at my client sites (80 of them) – the average access to them is already showing circa 20% via Android – so you have 3,000+ people that basically have a site that is of no use to them moving into the future as this grows.

Im sorry but why does not having an Android device matter? I sent you a link to a resource that lets you emulate how the site will look on such a device – trying to be helpful!

Check these out – this is why I FEEL IT IS IMPORTANT ! and so will your CUSTOMERS – clearly I am not one of them at the moment – and for this reason only as I do love the design.
